The 'Build Back Better' agenda was invented by the United Nations in the early 2000s. As far as I know, the phrase was first used in 2004 by UNICEF and the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (which was founded by the UN's World Bank).

I'm delighted and somewhat relieved that subjects such as the efficacy of the vaccines, side effects, digital ID's and the technocratic power-grab are entering mainstream discourse but for online subcultures this often means they've lost the monopoly on their own ''truth''.
And so we enter a situation where the largest podcast in the world platforms a man who alleges a crime against humanity is taking place, that there's mass corruption and deaths, but by doing so the issues raised become normie-tier, passe, old. Like when people go off an Indie band after they hit the big-time.
Yet the implications of this going forward are that public trust in western institutions and authorities could collapse entirely with consequences we can only guess at, in the internet age though, it's all just entertainment and there's always another novelty take out there to titillate, the next new thing.

100% agree with Morgoth's post above — The entire point of dissident politics is to make your "fringe" views mainstream. Every step in that direction is a positive. One of the main problems with "democracy" is that it doesn't really exist. "Democratic" states are always owned by an oligarchy (either covert or overt) that controls a corrupt bureaucracy, which in turn tricks the masses into thinking that they have power over society by allowing them to vote in a new faceman every four years. Worse still, the masses take any criticism of "democracy" as a personal attack, as if you yourself are trying to steal away their individual political power, which didn't really exist to begin with.
If Western countries were truly democratic, they would never have devolved into the cancerous state they're in today. The agendas of Globalism have never had any organic mass support. Omicron is very mild. Perhaps intentionally so, since there is evidence it was artificially engineered in a lab mouse (https://news.1rj.ru/str/thuletide/2109). Other COVID was also pretty mild, but this strain causes symptoms like a cold, rather than flu.
This means, imo, that globalists are likely preparing the next phase of The Great Reset. Usually they run with one major psyop at once. The public has a short attention span and the conditioning doesn't work if the masses get too confused and stop paying attention.
Still 8 more years until 2030 and so much of Agenda 21 remains unimplemented. No Smart Cities, no social credit system, no digital identity, no abolition of cash, no one-world currency, no abolition of property.
They've invested insane amounts of money and time preparing this stuff, so it's never going away. But I wonder if public resistance to the vaccine mandates and passports has made them to take their foot off the gas for a while?
Some ideas of what to expect this year, in order of most to least likely:
