British nationalist, Sam Melia, facing jail time for producing and putting up stickers that read:
- Reject white guilt.
- Nationalism is nurture.
- We will be a minority in our homeland by 2066.
- Diversity - designed to fail, built to replace.
- Britons Build Britain.
- Equality or Quality - you can only have one.
According to British MSM, cops found other stickers with messages including:
- Mass immigration is white genocide.
- Second-generation? Third? Fourth? You have to go back.
- There is a war on whites.
- They seek conquest not asylum.
- It's OK to be white.
- Natives losing jobs; migrants pouring in.
- Labour loves Muslim rape gangs.
The vast majority of these statements are milquetoast, so the prosecution may struggle to prove that they were intended to "stir up racial hatred." However, British "hate speech" laws are intentionally vague and truth-averse, based on the feelings and interpretations of the "victims" and the state. Moreover, cops *apparently* found Nazi- and Fascist-related items in Sam's home.
I don't know how this case will go but I wish Sam good luck.
For everyone who lives in countries with thought crime laws: Keep things legal, focus on the facts (cite government statistics, scientific studies, etc.), and don't touch Nazi/Fascist stuff with a ten foot pole - for legal reasons and because it is a strategy doomed to fail (the latter point also applies to America).

I've been reading about British hate speech laws:
Communication can be classified as a "hate crime" if it is interpreted to be "intentionally alarming or distressing" and if the victim or anybody else believes that it was motivated by hostility or prejudice based on race, religion, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
The UK has no legal definition of "hostility," so the government uses "the everyday understanding of the word which includes ill-will, spite, contempt, prejudice, unfriendliness, antagonism, resentment and dislike." They also provide no legal definition of "prejudice."
So, it seems the law is intentionally ill-defined and primarily based on the interpretations of the state and feelings of the "victim(s)."
"We interpret [don't have to prove?] that you intended to cause alarm and/or distress with your unfriendly communication, and Victim believes [doesn't have to prove?] that you were motivated by hostility and/or prejudice, therefore you are a hate criminal."
I know the UK is corrupt but this is ridiculous.
People should pay attention to Britain because this is what Leftists want for America. They've been pushing federal "hate speech" laws for decades to no avail. They've had little success in colleges, with "speech codes" getting shot down in court, but some success in work environments by classifying speech as "harassment" and weaponizing the Civil Rights Act.

The population-wide heritability of sociopolitical conservatism is 57%. This falls to 29% among low information individuals (bottom 50% of the population), and rises to 74% among high information individuals (top 20%).
Presumably, the effect is similar for Leftism but I haven't seen any data on that as of yet. Either way, I think we can safely conclude that the more you know about politics, the more genetically-defined your views become.
This data implies that NPCism is real and ideological hegemony is vital to win in a "democratic" society. 71% of the political views of 50% of the population are defined by non-genetic factors, which includes mass propaganda, "education," etc.
