Although it's been a fad for a while I've recently been looking into red light therapy, and it seems to be another episode in the saga of strangely simple interventions with seemingly many benefits. Red light therapy appears to be able to:
The common mechanism behind these benefits seems to be that red light excites porphyrins, a class of compound ubiquitous in the body, and when this occurs in mitochondria it increases ATP production, generates reactive oxygen species, change trannoscription factors, this in turn has many trickle down effects that impact cell proliferation, tissue oxygenation, inflammation, etc.
A 15 min exposure to 670 nm light reduced the degree of blood glucose elevation following glucose intake by 27.7%

Left-Wing elites aren't imposing multiracialism and immigration just to be nice to brown people, they genuinely hate White people and want to cause us as much suffering as possible.
White Leftists have negative in-group preference, meaning that they genuinely hate their own race and actively work against their own racial interests at every available opportunity.
They don't believe in equality, they believe that Whites are lazier, less intelligent, and more violent than Blacks, that Whites are oppressing Blacks, and that all Whites should feel guilty.
They are also extremely mentally ill.

On social issues, politicians are more Left-Wing than their voters. "Conservative" politicians are almost as Left-Wing as people who vote for the Labour Party.
Economically, Conservative politicians range from centrist to moderately Capitalist while Conservative voters lean slightly Socialist - I suspect this is because the UK has a long history of state welfare and a terrible economy.
I imagine politicians vs. public data would show similar patterns in other Western countries, but I haven't discovered any polls as of yet.

It seems that Hungarians have basically no East Asian ancestry - even from East Asians with European-related admixture, like Turks.
This model is probably inaccurate somehow, but I included most if not all of the East Asian populations that potentially contributed to modern Hungarian genetics.
Hungarians may have ancestry from the most western Scythians and Sarmatians, but those populations didn't have much Asian ancestry, relative to other Scytho-Siberian peoples.
