We used to say 'ህይወት አልጋ ባልጋ ናት' as an affirmation years ago... They told us to repeat it over and over until it happens or manifests. I know most of you are familiar with this. Well, now I've spent most of my life in bed because of CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). So, I guess the manifestation worked 😁.

Just kidding 🤣it's not because of the affirmation. Sometimes, life just throws challenges at you. But seriously, be mindful of what you tell yourself.

And hey, don't even think about saying you started reading because you couldn't do anything else 😔. I’ll hear you!

here another, I was at this session a while back, and the trainer asked us, "Do you wanna live like 'ጨቡዴ ዳዴ'?"

We all looked at each other, like, "Who’s ጨቡዴ ዳዴ?"

The trainer smiled and went on:

"ጨቡዴ ዳዴ ሰኞ ተወለደ ማክሰኞ አደገ እሮብ አገባ ሀሙስ ወለደ አርብ ታመመ ቅዳሜ ሞተ እሁድ ተቀበረ"

We all cracked up 😂 and were like, "No way!"

But then it made me think... Are we living a "ጨቡዴ ዳዴ" life? Is it really a problem, or are we just stuck in a loop without even knowing it?

Telegram CEO Pavel Durov Arrested in France

Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram, was arrested by French police at an airport near Paris. He faces charges related to the app's alleged failure to curb criminal activities. Durov, a Russian-born billionaire with dual UAE and French citizenship, has drawn criticism from Russian officials, who have condemned the arrest.

Telegram, which Durov founded in 2013, has faced past bans in Russia over data privacy issues.

You know so many of our favorite snacks and foods are packed with sugar, fat, and salt? It’s not by accident. These ingredients are deliberately added to make them irresistibly addictive.

Even though we know these treats aren’t great for our health, We keep reaching for them, unable to stop, because we’ve become junkies of these products. It’s both sad and frustrating to realize that our snacks have become hidden drugs, ensnaring us without us fully recognizing it.

I mean, I don’t eat such foods nowadays because of health issues, but stay away from them as much as you can. You often only realize the damage once you’ve already suffered from it.

Why do we search for inspiration when we should already know what we want? What's the point of being inspired if it’s supposed to guide us? We don’t need maps and guides for life because we’re supposed to create our own path. But how do we do that if we're not even sure we can? And if we can't create it, why even try? Are we just following what others do, mimicking what we see and hear? It feels like a vicious cycle.

So, what's the real point of all this?
