Meditation done somatically (i.e. staying in the body, not going out of body) will make you more sensitive, more aware, more tuned in to the world around you. You will be able to distinguish between an old trauma being activated, and true somatic information coming to you from the outside. Information coming from the outside is very non-dual in the sense that it is not based on your personal likes and dislikes and very rarely (unless you are in immediate danger), will there be an “emotional charge” behind it. You will just receive the information with your body, your body will give you a somatic YES or a somatic No.

This is very different from a trauma response, or a mechanical reaction based off of those embedded samskaras (habitual mental patterns). What most people perceive as their body knowing—when it’s coupled with a deep emotional charge—is often a samskara, a pattern they’ve carried over lifetime over lifetime, to the point where when it's activated, it leaves them utterly helpless to making a choice. They are entirely at the mercy of this energy when it’s activated because it annihilates their sense of self, and it deactivates their rational mind to the point where they identify with this energy as who they are. That’s how strong these patterns are when they carry over lifetimes. When activated, they are so strong, they can wipe out every other form of cognition we have. This is because there is often a lot of pain there, stuff made of suppressed memories of past lives and the darkness of our deep unconscious.

True somatic awareness and information will always give you a choice. You can follow that information, or you can not. Your body is simply aware of "what is", and what you decide to do with that information is your choice. But you will not be at its mercy, it is just there, guiding you into a life of your highest pleasure, your utmost joy and fulfillment— if you can have the sensitivity to receive the information that life is giving you directly...with your whole body.

This opens you up to your precious human life. You will cry harder, laugh harder, and live more fully in a completely embodied way. And it will be a choice you make, by deciding to stay in the present moment, every single moment of your life. Through all the difficulties and all the celebrations, you will receive these experiences with your whole body. It will be exhilarating and full of vulnerability. This is living a human life completely.

Something I wrote 9 years ago...becoming more apparent:

Certain sources that talk about a shift or transformation occurring in our age also mention a “splitting” of humanity and that not everyone is going to wake up. The main reason for this can be found in a very interesting issue this planet faces and has been written about in various esoteric teachings. It relates to two different “humanities” coexisting on earth, alike from the outside, but unlike in the inside.

All six billion people on the planet are not the same. There are fundamental differences that are genetic and esoteric. But these differences have nothing to do with those cited throughout history and used to justify the domination of one group over another: color, race, culture, language, wealth or social status.

According to “Gnosis” by Boris Mouravieff, there seems to exist two kind of humans that are equally divided (50/50):Adamic man and pre-Adamic man. One with soul potential, the other has no individual soul, but is connected to a “soul pool”. Only the former has the inherent capacity to evolve esoterically, fusing the lower with the higher centers. The latter does not have the possibility in his current evolutionary cycle to bridge to the higher centers and no access to higher knowing/awareness/love, but is NOT a psychopath.

They are like “cardboard” people who are “empty” inside, living mechanically under the rule of the General Law [Mouravieff’s term for the “matrix” based on Esoteric Christianity]. Looking at the Indian chakra model, one could say that pre-adamic man only exists on the lower three chakras without any access to the higher ones, while adamic man also only exists on the lower centers, but has the ability to activate and bridge the higher centers through conscious esoteric work.

Suppression and distortion of esoteric knowledge is one of the means for control of the masses on planet earth. This has been going on for thousands of years. Even the material presented in “Gnosis” is covered around a biblical gloss that one needs to weed through.

The topic of “soulless people” (also coined “Organic Portals (OP)”) is deep and far-reaching. It begs the question, what is a “soul” to begin with? Some people who appear “soulless” may actually be a “soul in struggle”, so we need to be careful not to judge too quickly, but get a better and deeper understanding of this topic.

When exploring this idea more closely, with an objective, open and critical mind, it gives huge insight into the state of the world. OPs have their natural place in the grand scheme of things and they also serve a purpose in the evolutionary process. There is nothing evil or wrong with them, nor is it about “us vs. them”, but simply having a deeper understanding of humanity so we can actually live truly in more harmony, aligned with the universe, nature and evolution of Being and Knowledge.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: EVERYONE is on the level of an OP until he/she engages in sincere inner work activating the higher centers. We all are “Organic Portals” to one degree or another as the “predator” and matrix works through all of us until we make the effort to gain self-knowledge and work on fusing our higher centers that connect us to our higher self in a conscious way, dislodging our programs and conditioned, mechanical behaviors, healing our wounds and traumas so we’re able to use our will in a conscious and awake manner aligned with Divine Will and close the entry points used by occult forces to manipulate us. “I feel we are at the threshold of a new age, and that we need now, more than anything else, a new approach to human relationships and to social organization.

We need a planetary approach, we need a synthetic approach. We need something in which the individual learns his own function in the world because if you are to have a global world the individual has to be so well established in his or her own identity that he or she can afford to co-operate with other people all over the world, independent of their culture, their race, their traditions and so on.

It is very important, therefore that one should learn how to establish oneself in one’s own identity. We need a new type of human being. We need something which is based no longer, so much, on conflict, but on a full acceptance of the total human being body, mind, soul, feeling everything.

An esthetic approach versus an ethical approach, so that you can see the relationship in which everything stands inside of the whole, so you can look at the whole and become identified with the “wholeness” of that whole, rather than with any particular part.

Now this is, of course, a very difficult situation. We are certainly in a difficult time and what is ahead of us today, I do not know. I am rather pessimistic as far as the immediate future is concerned, considering the way the world and our nation is moving at the present time.

But you must realize that crises are sometimes necessary to accomplish what is to be accomplished.

The only problem, however, is this:
something must be ready before the great crisis comes — when the new cycle begins — for it will have to begin on the foundation of those seeds which have been sown before the crisis.

If you have a winter followed by a spring, but there was no harvest in the fall no seed will germinate during the spring, and you will have to start at the very beginning into the most primitive time of manifestation.

That’s why I have stressed, so much all my life the idea I call the “seed man” and “seed woman” the “seed person,” the individual who is willing and able to gather within himself or
herself, as it were, the past of humanity and particularly of our western world, but also of other cultures because what we want to emerge from the future, after whatever crisis will come is a global world.

We therefore need men and women of great vision, individuals who are not specialists, men and women who have the vision and courage to wait, and to, in some way through their lives, through their example, and through whatever they leave after their deaths, to become the seeds of the future world.

That’s of course, the great choice we have all to make, and we all can make it. We can follow the mass vibration and decay, like all the leaves of the world in the fall (however beautiful the golden leaves may be), they will have to decay and become manure for the future of civilization, but it is only the “seed men and women” that really count, and it is those you should look for, if you yourself do not
feel yet to the point of being ready to become
a “seed person,” because it is that only which is the insurance for the future rebirth of humanity.

I think today it is of no use to try to look to the immediate future,because it looks very dark; but it is to look to prepare — for the possibility that a new world may arise, if not tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. I think it is the only thing which gives value to all our sacrifice, all our courage, decisions and choices today:
it is to become seeds
for the development of the future world.

Truth-seekers can waste a lot of time and energy going down the “rabbit hole”, getting hooked/addicted to external information and “sensationalism” that has very little to do with “truth seeking”. In their attempt to “figure things out”, they can get lost in the “theory abyss”, especially if there is a personal lack of discernment, and Being has not caught up with Knowledge.

Gathering intellectual information alone does not help you (nor the world) in the long run, and most often results in self-delusion because Understanding/Wisdom (embodied knowledge) is lacking [as discussed in the triad of Knowledge – Being – Understanding earlier]. Another trap is to focus on just one topic or area alone, for this can create a tunnel vision of inflexibility (or even dogma, if one is very attached to a certain view). This observation isn’t intended to invalidate the many amazing renegades who have done tremendous work in their particular field of expertise, many of whom I have learned from myself.

I am simply pointing out the importance of a holistic approach that addresses body, mind, and spirit, which is more and more needed in this day and age.

To be clear, anyone who wants to awaken and seek truth needs to step into the unknown and go down the “rabbit hole”: to read, study, learn (un-learn) to the best of their abilities, and question everything they have been told and taught by official culture. This process is also different for each of us, depending on our personal lessons and talents. Hence, it’s not about all of us becoming “scholars” and study/researching everything there is to read/view, which would be ridiculous and impossible anyway.

However, if the process of intellectually gathering information in the pursuit of truth is not matched with the necessary inner work, the mind will trick you, and you will get lost in the rabbit hole, as I’ve seen with many well-meaning “truth seekers” and researchers. I got stuck in this ‘mind-minefield’ at some point myself. I don’t take myself out of the equation because I learned the “hard” way. It happens when we lose focus of the principal aim (emancipation) and get distracted by curious fascination. This is not meant to denounce curiosity, but curiosity alone is not enough.

Knowledge acquired through study in the pursuit of truth is an essential – but only temporary – stage of awakening. It helps us to de-condition ourselves from social, cultural, and educational programming (pushing through our own cognitive dissonance) while we learn about critical thinking, logic and how to use the mind properly as a “tool”. However, Gnosis (higher Knowledge) cannot be perceived by the mind alone, nor can it be intellectually understood. In order to receive and anchor Gnosis, the vessel needs to be built via esoteric self-work and embodiment.

In other words, our level of Being determines how much higher Knowledge we can access via direct experience – tuning into nature, the “universe”, and the present moment in our daily lives, where we are constantly being informed by spirit and the vast living library of interconnectedness. This Knowledge is impossible to put into the limiting constructs of language. You cannot access Gnosis via reading alone, for it resides beyond our five-sensory perception. This is also the gateway towards receiving and experiencing Higher Love of the Divine, which is beyond the love we experience (or “think/feel” it is) in the lower separate-consciousness state of ego/personality identification.

We should be mindful not to forget the most important part of seeking truth and its purpose: to assist us in our personal embodiment/self-work and collective “ascension” process so as to align with Divine Will (via anchoring to higher frequencies) in order to TRANSCEND the Matrix, and not get caught in shadow dance/projection, or willfully trying to “fight” it. As embodied frequency anchors, we have far more positive effects to offer to others (and the Collective) than just sharing information and trying to wake up others via intellectual discourse alone.
