The popular Biohacking trend to optimize health, the body, longevity, and "reverse aging" with all its benefits [some of which I implement, too] has its dark side when getting overly obsessed and identified with the physical body, caught in a purely materialistic view of life, mistaking the body for the true Self and not recognizing one's spiritual eternal nature.

Yes, do take care of your body. It is your costume and vessel for this current incarnation. Treat it well and optimize it naturally as the temple for your soul-being to be an efficient servant of the Divine so you can do the work you came here to do while learning your lessons in this Adventure of Consciousness.

But do not identify with it and neglect your inner life and connection to your soul-being and true Self. Your innermost being is the gateway to the Divine and will assist and help you navigate this Time of Transition without falling into the many [soul] traps and temptations as we approach the age of A.I. and Transhumanism.
