"By 1890, a considerable push for unionisation and workers' rights was noticed in the working class communities of Iron Shore, Glaisclad, Irish Town and Cotton shore, whose population is for the most part adjacent to the local metalworks, shipbuilding and tailoring industry.
Many activists took the start of the uprising of September 1891 as a signal to take action and go out into the streets with banners, pamphlets and signs. The uprising lasted a week, and the protests didn't quell for three days longer. They were, however, brought to a gruesome and tragic end when the Imperial Navy shelled southern Iron Shore with artillery, leading to 37 deaths and a small part of the district being destroyed. It was later revealed by admiral Hempbruck in his speech on October 4th that the tragedy happened due to a communication error."

Day 15. Dagger.
"The Underground is a criminal organisation based in Irish Town. Its members, for the most part, are locals, numbering in dozens, and led by a man who calls himself the Rat King. It is a fitting name for him, I believe, since both him and his minions hide deep in sewer systems and catacombs, never seeing the light of day, and only coming out in the guise of nightly darkness to steal, kill, rob and otherwise disrupt civil peace in the area.
Though this rat bloke is a big mystery, I find him and his goonies absurd and pathetic in their dirty theatrics and frivolous behaviour.
The Underground may seem formidable, but they are just bandits and petty thieves like all the other criminals we lock up every day."
