Online Safety Bill: UK Govt will spy on everything you send or say if current version passes into law

Why don't Michelle Donelan, Damian Collins and all other MPs and Lords pushing this Bill lead by example & provide public a live online feed of all *their* private messages? No?!

UK House of Lords has a chance to make this disaster of a Bill slightly less worse today - shame on them if they don't take it

The unjust, undemocratic ULEZ expansion has galvanised so many different people from all walks of life

Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan has refused to listen to "consultation" respondents. How can this possibly be about "clean air" when the effect will be to actually force some people into a *higher pollution environment,* namely the tube?

£12.50 a day means approx £3,000 a year for workers in outer London, where public transport is much more patchy - even if they never go into central London. Khan wants to have the worst-off subsidising wealthy electric car owners. Wrong, wrong, wrong.

Lockdowns: the Self-Inflicted Disaster

"Long before COVID struck, economists detected a deadly pattern… if govt used an emergency to claim sweeping new powers, more people died… COVID is deadliest confirmation yet of that pattern"

"If we allow a cashless society, that'll be end of your financial autonomy"

This is one huge risk

Increasingly cashless society excluding many from society already

5m people in UK don't have internet access

As of 2019, 1.3m didn't have bank accounts

We can influence things when we speak up #together

After ending central Govt funding of "Low Traffic Neighbourhoods" Transport Secretary Mark Harper now says:

"Local authorities should now consider scrapping existing LTNs where unpopular & implemented with insufficient consultation"

Whether LTNs... ULEZ... Digital Pound... or technocratic overreach of any kind...

Keep speaking up... keep making voices heard

Many of our challenges are long in the making

They won't get solved overnight

But - bit by bit - we are shaping things #together

Mayor of London desperately tries to justify ULEZ expansion with scaremongering about "air pollution"

There's less air pollution in London now than when there were no cars at all

Poverty is much more relevant to health - but Khan's answer is attacking poorest?

Is there really an "air pollution crisis" in UK cities only answerable with new taxes, limits & restrictions - as politicians like Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan claim?

In this video, Ben Pile of Climate Debate UK breaks down how unscientific, alarmist claims are used to justify anti-mobility policies very likely to do more harm than good.

WHO: Well done Esther McVey MP asking if Govt plans to hand far-reaching new powers to unelected, unaccountable WHO Director General

Remember: our own Govt imposed nightmare of lockdowns, vac passes, mandates

Damaging & wrong approaches need challenging - wherever they may come from
here.s vid and email coming out shortly....

Can we all give this a big push together please?
Unacceptable not engaging with public

Hi
@DannyBeales
why have you pulled out of Thurs night hustings at Brunel?

Surely Public hustings are critical to clarify & debate issues?

Will you commit to scrapping ULEZ? What does ‘pause’ mean?

Glasgow "Low Emissions Zone" (LEZ) Update - 1 Month in:

Pollution UP

Nitrogen dioxide now at illegal levels within the Zone (the levels were legal *before* LEZ introduced!)

Glasgow City Council spent £3,000 in 1 week hiring vans to comply with own LEZ

But at least Council has issued £180,000 fines to public ;)
