"Local authorities should now consider scrapping existing LTNs where unpopular & implemented with insufficient consultation"

Glasgow "Low Emissions Zone" (LEZ) Update - 1 Month in:

✅ Pollution UP

✅ Nitrogen dioxide now at illegal levels within the Zone (the levels were legal *before* LEZ introduced!)

✅ Glasgow City Council spent £3,000 in 1 week hiring vans to comply with own LEZ

✅ But at least Council has issued £180,000 fines to public ;)
