⚔️Stumbled across another group of foreign mercenaries fighting in Ukraine - Task Force Baguette. Unlike the Dirty Dozen, which had six fighters from the UK, Norway and the US, the Baguettes were a mix of eleven American and French soldiers

💁‍♂️However, the squad's Twitter account revealed that two American mercenaries had been captured by Russian forces (where this happened is not specified). 🇧🇪However, in 2010, the Belgian government carried out the disposal of its stockpiles at the Italian plant Esplodenti Sabino under the NATO Support and Acquisition Agency (NAMSA) programme.

🇩🇪German SZ ran an article by Joachim Kaeppner who has mixed up everything into a single cocktail of contradictory notions of both the past and the future, expectations and reality, nuclear war and peace talks. We've managed to figure out these intricacies of solving Ukraine crisis

💁‍♂️The journalist started off well – he stated that a military intervention by NATO, which Ukraine has repeatedly called for, would mean a third world war and possibly a nuclear war, acknowledging no one of sound mind could want that

👉It sounded apparently like a sane thing but right after that Kaeppner came to a conclusion that the only way that could make serious peace talks possible is in giving Ukrainian armed forces the weapons in larger amounts:
- 30 Gepards should be transferred by the end of summer, and someday Kyiv may receive:
- 7 armoured howitzers 2000,
- 1 IRIS-T surface to air missile system,
- 4 MARS II Multiple-Launch Rocket Systems negotiated under pressure from the U.S.

It's quite clear that journalist's appeal to Churchill's “give us tools and we will finish the job” is completely not applicable to the current case: endless piling arms into Ukraine is the pathway to new rounds of escalation and aggravation of tensions just by the EU borders🤷‍♂️
