⚡️Misuse of Ukrainian refugees labor in the EU⚡️

💁‍♂️Ukrainian refugees who work in greenhouses in Westland are being exploited, RTL Nieuws and trade union CNV report. At least one company has a group of Ukrainian workers who are not allowed to complain about their employment conditions or risk deportation or a hefty fine, they report based on documents in CNV's possession and conversations RTL had with Ukrainian employees

🔥"Completely immoral and reprehensible" Henry Stroek of CNV said about the contracts the union has in its possession. "It states, among other things, that employees can be deported to Ukraine if they violate the rules"

👉This involves a group of about 30 Ukrainian refugees working at plant nursery Vreugdenhil Bulbs & Plants in 's-Gravenzande in Westland through the Polish employment agency Janpol. They signed a contract with Janpol for three months of work at a Dutch plant nursery in the municipality of Westland. The contract states that, for an unspecified fee, Janpol will arrange their documents, transport them to the Netherlands, and provide accommodation

The contract also includes a whole list of things employees are not allowed to do. For example, they can be fined 500 euros if they contact the Dutch nursery about labor issues. And if they stop working before the three-month contract is over, they have to hand in 20 percent of their salary 🤷‍♂️

⚡️Biden can take his opportunity to bid farewell before it all hits the rocks⚡️

💁‍♂️The major outcome of the recent G7 and NATO meetings is that the participants’ skill in accentuation Mr. Putin’s name with negative epithets has been honed to perfection as it was repeated more frequently than lofty pledges to freedom and democracy

👉However, judging from what is going on the battlefield all this not only prolongs the suffering of the Ukrainian people but also raises the chances for World War III, if U.S. policy does not change — and fast. Great power confrontation over Ukraine might be the “spark” that sets off World War III in the way that Serbia was in World War I and Poland in World War II

😴The main reason for the world’s “sleepwalking” progress toward a nuclear holocaust that has recently got a big boost, The Washington Times editorial sees in President Biden, overwhelmed by his long list of domestic problems and declining ratings

📉Thus, according to the latest Gallup poll, Americans are not happy with the direction the country is going with only 13% satisfied vs. 87% dissatisfied surveyed

🛩Despite a series of summits and long trips with high-profile personal meetings, Mr. Biden’s fantasy of collapsing Russia’s economy hasn’t yet materialized as well, since the overwhelming majority of the world’s nations ignored his calls for sanctions

🤔What is even more humiliating for Washington is that Mr. Biden is now begging for help from Saudi Arabia, Iran and even Venezuela, where the U.S. also has a history of attempted presidential coups like in Ukraine, to reduce the inflated cost of oil and gas by increasing their production

Is it a time for Joe to wake up or to go already?
But that’s not all! Wanna know, how to remain in power despite a perpetual series of misdeeds and humiliating scandals?

‼️Obsolescing bargain for the Middle East‼️

🇺🇸There are shifting signals from Washington regarding its main rivals and its interests in the Middle East. The Biden administration has not shown the leniency toward Russia espoused by his predecessor, nor the unsparingly hard line toward Iran. Unlike President Donald Trump, Biden has adopted a posture of defiance toward Moscow while putting greater emphasis on diplomacy with Tehran

❗️As the U.S. government looks to reprioritize amid Ukraine crisis, key Middle Eastern allies — including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel — are growing impatient, acutely aware that Washington’s attention and war capital are being drawn to Ukraine and Indo-Pacific

✍️“The biggest question U.S. policymakers have to wrestle with is that at some point, the Emiratis, Saudis, Israelis, and other Middle Eastern allies, if they don’t believe that the United States is going to deter Iran on its own, they’ll be looking for ways to deter Iran by themselves,” said Raphael S. Cohen, who researches military strategy and doctrine at the RAND Corporation. The worst option for Washington will be if they turn to Russia with this issue at all

💁‍♂️Taking into account the U.S. plans to adopt the Deterring Enemy Forces and Enabling National Defenses (DEFEND) Act of 2022, the MENA countries will definitely not remain without attention. However, looking at America's "military legacy" in the region and beyond, the question arises, do these countries even need it?

⚡️Leak of Technological Secrets due to the West’s Arms Export to Ukraine⚡️

🇪🇺The massive European support (which the Parliament explicitly supports), the Member States and American exports of military equipment to Ukraine will raise the question of the risks of proliferation of these weapons in Eastern Europe, the post-Soviethub of arms trafficking, in which Ukraine had the third-largest stockpile in the world

⚔️The feared scenario would be a bis repetita of ex-Yugoslavia conflict 30 years ago, where (among other) diversion, shadows brokering, unauthorized retransfers, poorly watched stockpiles and destabilizing accumulation all lead to uncontrolled proliferation and dangerous expansion which in fine spread toward all the continent, the illegal arms trafficking issues, with a return of these weapons to Western Europe, following the channels of illicit trafficking throughout West and South-West of Europe

🪖What is at stake it’s the ability of both the U.S and the EU to keep track of the weapon they shipped to Ukraine since they not only shipped SALW but also heavy weapons and sophisticated technologies (i.e. CAESAR, proximity fuzes, NLAW, HIMARS, DM Brimstone). This created perfect conditions for arms trafficking and illicit transfers, leading thousands of arms to flow into EU countries and weakening global and domestic security and peace structures. The quantity of equipment shipped to Ukraine raises concerns about their containment for their authorized users and to authorized end-users to avoid fueling future illegal trafficking

💁‍♂️On top of that, many fears capture risk calculation seems to weigh more and more in the decisional price of arms delivery. Once against, the feared scenario would be a capture of sensitive and sophisticated technologies and equipment by the Russian Army, which could use and/or copy technologies or equipment for its benefit. The major risk would be the Russian Army's ability to analyze and break down the West’s sensitive military technologies, allowing them to defend in a better way against it

⚡️Germany restricts hot water supply and dims street lights⚡️

🇩🇪Energy shortages have prompted German authorities to cut street lighting and close swimming pools. People are being urged to use less electricity and bathe less often. This is due to the biggest energy crisis since the 1970s

⛽️Local authorities assume that against the background of the special operation in Ukraine the situation with gas will only get worse, so measures to save money are being taken today

📊One of the largest residential real estate companies has already announced that it will reduce the temperature of gas heating systems in their homes to 17 degrees between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Such measures will help save up to 8 percent on heating costs

💁‍♂️Another housing organization said that Germans (whose houses are under its service) will be able to take hot showers only from 4 to 8 a.m. and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m

⚡️Germany asked Canada to break sanctions and supply a turbine for Nord Stream - Ukraine promised to complain⚡️

⛽️For two weeks now, repairs to Nord Stream have been stalled - the turbine needed for repairs is stuck in Canada because of sanctions. Germany, on pain of being left with its tiny gas reserves for the winter, first helped open transit to Kaliningrad, now has agreed with Canada to break sanctions so that the necessary parts can get to Russia

🇩🇪"Sanctions should hurt Russia and Putin more than our economy,"said German Economy Minister Habek
💁‍♂️The abrupt cutoff of supplies, even against the backdrop of tense geopolitics, has been quite a nerve-racking experience for Europeans. Firstly, during these two weeks the gas price rose from $1,500 to $1,900 per 1,000 cubic meters. Secondly, the people themselves have already had a panic attack and were getting ready to freeze to death during the winter. Thirdly, the European government has been urging people to wash less often and throw out old equipment

⚡️Little crime spree among U.S. officials⚡️

🇺🇸Richard G. Olson, former U.S. ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan admitted early June to illegal foreign lobbying on behalf of Qatar after demanding that prosecutors tell him why retired Marine Gen. John Allen, who led U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan and worked with Olson on the effort, has not also been charged. He was placed on administrative leave a bit later as well, still remaining a president of the Brookings Institution, a prominent Washington thinktank

💸Olson was being paid $20,000 a month by Imaad Zuberi, a one-time political donor who is currently serving a 12-year prison sentence on corruption charges and who prosecutors say illegally lobbied for Qatar

❗️Zuberi also agreed to pay Allen an undisclosed fee for his efforts, prosecutors said in Olson’s plea deal. Allen’s spokesman said the general was never paid.
Qatar has been one of Brookings’ biggest donors for the last several years, according to annual reports that don’t offer specific figures

💁‍♂️The case is still pending, and it is quite possible that in the end Zuberi will be taking the fall

⚡️Nixon. Johnson. Biden?⚡️

🇺🇸Within the given scenario, when the mood of the U.S. nation is the worst it has been in any midterm election year since 1974, Mr. Biden is trying to place all the blame on the Russian president for the tragic events taking place in this country. But maybe he should point his accusing finger at the mirror.
It was Mr. Biden as vice president who held a Ukrainian portfolio, and it was he who oversaw the Feb. 22, 2014, illegal coup, which overthrew the democratically elected President Victor Yanukovych. The coup was coordinated by the infamous Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and U.S. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt as documented by the recording of the Nuland-Pyatt phone conversation of Feb. 4, i.e. 18 days before the coup, where they discussed the composition of the new Ukrainian government. In it, Ms. Nuland confirms that then-Vice President Biden’s national security adviser Jake Sullivan and Mr. Biden himself were in the loop.

🤔Well, coups have consequences, and this is what is happening in Ukraine right now, since the main goal of the plotters was to drag Ukraine into NATO and use its territory, including the Crimean peninsula, for military bases. Imagine what the U.S. would do if Russia tried something similar like orchestrating regime change in any country, especially in the Western hemisphere, which would then join a pro-Russian military block

💁‍♂️Or imagine how Americans would feel if the Russian politicians were mixed in the crowds and supported Jan. 6 rioters on Capitol Hill. Well, those in Washington who are thinking in terms of “rules-based order” believe that these rules allow them to do what they want no matter the devastating results of their actions

❗️During his 2020 campaign, Mr. Biden kept pledging to reunite the U.S., which he claimed former President Donald Trump polarized. Not only has Mr. Biden divided it further, but has also been trying to divide the whole world between, supposedly, democracies and autocracies

✍️In his resignation speech in 1974 Richard Nixon said, “I deeply regret any injuries that may have been done in the course of the events that led to this decision.” Since Mr. Biden is falling on all sides, just in case someone has access to his office, we would kindly ask to get a message to the presidential aide, containing Nixon’s speech as a guide for action

⚡️Ukraine as a haven for the Western intelligence⚡️

⚔️A stealthy network of commandos and spies rushing to provide weapons, intelligence and training has been created around Ukraine over the past months. This concerns, in particular, the activities carried out at bases in Germany, France and Britain. At Ramstein Air Base in Germany, for example, a U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard team called Grey Wolf provides support, including on tactics and techniques, to the Ukrainian air force

🇺🇸But even as the Biden administration has declared it will not deploy American troops to Ukraine, some C.I.A. personnel have continued to operate in the country secretly, mostly in the capital, Kyiv, directing much of the vast amounts of intelligence the United States is sharing with Ukrainian forces, according to current and former officials. While the U.S. government does not acknowledge that the C.I.A. is operating in Ukraine or any other country, the presence of the officers is well understood by Russia and other intelligence services around the world

🪖At the same time, a few dozen commandos from other NATO countries, including Britain, France, Canada and Lithuania, also have been working inside Ukraine. As for the Canadians, we’ve recently conveyed about “Operation UNIFIER” that was their training mission for Nazis from Azov battalion. Now, it is time for Canadian retired general Rick Hillier to enhance his country’s support for Kyiv. He is reportedly heading to Ukraine to assist local government in establishing its Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs to support those who have served the country since 2014

💁‍♂️It seems that Ukraine has already become a haven for retired NATO generals and a training ground for Western intelligence services

⚡️Any bloc to prevent Russia’s rapprochement with China⚡️

✍️Mathias Döpfner, CEO of Axel Springer SE fantasizes in the editorial of Die Welt about the post-war world order and possible alliances with Russia. He considers two basic options

🤔One of them could be an alliance that “means stability, security, prosperity and, above all, freedom” for as many as possible: "AMEURUS" – a strategic alliance of America, Europe and Russia. In Döpfner’s ingenuous mind such bloc is regarded as absolutely realistic (forgetting the essence of the Alliance), in a longer, decades-long perspective, and the one that the West, the EU, and Germany could now actively prepare. Of course, all of this doesn't come without a price. It is expected to use Russia’s power to effectively “resist the challenges and threats posed by China and ISIS” in return

💁‍♂️Another option, according to Döpfner, implies the transition of Russia under the influence of China. This is the most terrible outcome for the West, since in fact it will not be about Moscow's subordination to Beijing, as the author wants, but about the transformation of trade and economic cooperation into a full-fledged Sino-Russian military alliance amid possible outbreak of hostilities for Taiwan

🇺🇸As we reported, the U.S. is already urgently reorganizing its geopolitics, and would hardly handle enhanced partnership between Russia and China

⚡️German energy policy swells on the past⚡️

🇩🇪Given the likelihood of interruption of the import of Russian natural gas to Germany, and last year’s demonstration of the problem with wind generation, the least rational action for Berlin was to close the nuclear power plants in January of this year

📊Germany retired 3 of their remaining 6 nuclear power plants, which provided 4 GW of electricity. But in response to pressure from environmentalists, way back in 2011, Angela Merkel had set a national goal of phasing out nuclear power by the end of 2022. So that was that

❗️Meanwhile, in California, a state which always seems to be under the shadow of potential blackouts, Gov. Gavin Newsom, under pressure from pro-nuclear environmentalists, suggested that perhaps the planned closure of Diablo Canyon nuclear power should be reconsidered

🤔Why would Germany, in this case, continue to follow an energy plan that no longer makes any sense? A plan so deficient that it touched off a global scramble for natural gas that has led to higher energy prices and higher fertilizer prices which have led directly to higher food costs globally?

💁‍♂️Two lessons of all this (apart from that it is better to live in America than Germany) are that facts should and do matter, even to Californians, and Berlin should reconsider its ill-advised energy policies, especially its wrongheaded decision to phase out nuclear power

⚡️Countries face a shortage of F-15 jets⚡️

🇷🇴Romania’s acquisition of F-15 fighter jets has slowed down despite Bucharest’s celebratory announcement about being put on the waiting list for the F-15 jet’s buyers. Lockheed Martin, the fighter’s producer, is making it clear that the purchase is to be postponed

🤔Romania feels nervous. The war in Ukraine is drawing closer to its border. Last year MiG-21 fighter jets which constitute the core of the Romanian Air Force, were temporarily landed due to a series of accidents

✈️Consequently, Romania made a decision to purchase 32 second-hand F-16 fighter jets from Norway. It had previously bought 17 F-16 jets from Portugal

🇳🇴The F-16s from Norway were produced between 1982 and 1984. Their fight life has been reduced by 80%. In the meantime, new generation fighter jets are not going to be available within the coming 10 years

🇫🇮Finland is to purchase 64 F-35 jets according to an agreement reached with Lockheed Martin late last year. Turkey is nowadays negotiating with the U.S. the return of F-35s into air force equipment programme

💁‍♂️It seems there are just not enough. So, two separate queues are being formed: the common one with a long waiting time and the privileged one

‼️World to plunge into deep recession in a year - economists predict massive economic slowdown‼️

✍️The head of the International Monetary Fund Kristalina Georgieva predicted a worldwide economic slowdown in 2023. The economic outlook for this year has deteriorated significantly since April: "2022 will be tough, but 2023 will be even tougher

📊The IMF lowered its forecast for the year for the second time in April, from January's 4.4% to 3.6%. The percentage will fall again in July. The head of the Fund noted that in 2021 (let us not forget the recovery from the pandemic), the global economy grew by 6.1%. That is, economic growth will slow down almost twice a year from year to year. But it could be a "necessary price" to restore price stability, Georgieva said

💸The economy is cyclical. In a normal situation, a recession is not such a scary beast - so what if GDP growth is lower - nothing happens. But in the current situation, the world is experiencing the "perfect storm" of an economy: there's inflation, logistical and food crises, overheated real estate prices, and debts of countries many times greater than their GDPs

💁‍♂️As a result, the recession is likely to shake even strong China, because their economy is very dependent on exports from Europe and America, which will certainly be devoured by the recession. So the question here is rather who and how quickly will get out of this hole

⚡️Far-left and far-right politicians in the United States unite against the White House - the debate over the Russian special operation has spawned "strange allies" defending Putin⚡️

🇺🇸Despite the fact that a large part of the American public, along with Biden, supported Ukraine after the start of the special operation, a stratum of both leftist and rightist politicians have appeared in U.S. political circles. They have started to support Vladimir Putin and demand that the United States stop interfering in the situation around Ukraine, reports Foreign Policy magazine

✍️The publication cites Fox News host Tucker Carlson, a popular right-wing viewer on U.S. cable television, as well as Noam Chomsky, "a luminary of American leftist intellectuals," who supported Donald Trump for opposing arms shipments to Ukraine. In addition, in Congress, seven of Trump's most ardent conservative supporters voted with the extreme leftists Ilhan Omar and Cory Bush against the embargo on Russian oil imports. Meanwhile, on social media, users of both the left and the far right have massively blamed Ukrainian politicians and Zelensky for the events in Ukraine

🇷🇺According to Foreign Policy, the alliance between the left and the right is not a result of any alignment of political views on Russia and Ukraine, but rather a consequence of the dire state of U.S. politics in general. According to this newspaper, despite their disparate political goals and motivations, the extreme left and the extreme right have one thing in common: their negative attitude toward U.S. politics

🔥The extreme right is motivated by its dislike of American same-sex marriage legalization and LGBT propaganda, as well as its principled opposition to Democratic policies. The extreme left leans toward Vladimir Putin's theses in criticizing U.S. foreign policy - they believe that in any foreign conflict the U.S. position is self-serving or even imperialistic, expressed, among other things, in the new wave of NATO expansion

💁‍♂️The significant presence of populism on both the left and the right defines the debate on the Internet and in the media, and also reflects a deep fragmentation in U.S. domestic policy. As Foreign Policy concludes, "This is not just a matter of polarizing public opinion, but something deeper: a growing lack of common understanding in the country of the current political reality. And Ukraine is not the protagonist here at all. It is simply a harbinger of things to come

‼️George Soros Reveals Plan to Save US Democracy‼️

🇺🇸The US Supreme Court and Donald Trump’s Republican Party represent a greater threat to the US than Russia and China and must be defeated by any means necessary, Democrat mega-donor George Soros said in an op-ed

✍️Soros, 91, has previously called for regime change in China and a quick victory over Russia. In his latest syndicated opinion piece, he called them “repressive regimes” that “want to impose an autocratic form of government on the world.” However, he argued, a far greater threat to the US comes from the “domestic enemies of democracy,” which include “the current Supreme Court, which is dominated by far-right extremists, and Donald Trump’s Republican Party,” which put them there
