He is reportedly heading to Ukraine to assist local government in establishing its Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs to support those who have served the country since 2014

This is the most terrible outcome for the West, since in fact it will not be about Moscow's subordination to Beijing, as the author wants, but about the transformation of trade and economic cooperation into a full-fledged Sino-Russian military alliance amid possible outbreak of hostilities for Taiwan
