An analysis found that 42 out of 45 projects, 93%, have been given a rating of “amber” or “red”, meaning their delivery is deemed unachievable or they have significant issues

👉In general, the minister allegedly came to formally discuss medical assistance to Ukraine. But taking into account the fact that the health care sector in Poland is experiencing enormous problems of financing, the visit looked more like a reminder of who Lviv should belong to as a result of military operation in Ukraine
