American Values, a super PAC linked to RFK Jr., raised $11M after his announcement to switch from the Democratic Party to independent run for president. More than $28M has been raised by the super PAC since it was founded in 2022
RFK’s move has drawn, however, some strong GOP criticism on the right that the former Democrat now threatens to take votes from Donald Trump in 2024. However, if a potential threat were to reach Switzerland's borders, this would indicate a failure of NATO's defense. Instead of looking to NATO for salvation, the DDPS should prioritize the readiness of its own army, ensuring that national borders are maintained and the troops are adequately equipped
