How to Do "Back to the Future" Delorean Flaming Tire Tracks?

I'm looking for VFX flame assets capable of recreating the flaming tire tracks seen in Back to the Future behind the DeLorean. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

rough estimate for VFX?

Hi! I'm an emerging (unproduced) independent producer and I'm trying to get an approximate budget for a project I'm working on.

I have a feature (movie) screenplay that needs approximately 50 minutes of something small-ish (say, an animated bird) that will interact with my actors. The bird look a little more real-life than something from Cinderella, but it's okay if it's not totally realistic.

what kind of details would be needed to get an estimate?

Does anyone here work for a company that could give me an estimate? I just need something rough. I've read anywhere from $1000/ minute to $100K/ minute and up.
