Genetic distance to Altai Neolithic Hunter Gatherers
Dated between 7500-5500 ybp, these samples represent a distinct clade of hunter gatherers who lived in South-Central Siberia.
They can be successfully modelled as a mixture of Late Paleolithic South Siberians, such as Ust Kyakhta (UKY001), and ANE-rich West_Siberia_N (Tyumen HG).
This group was found to have been partially ancestral to many later Siberian groups, such as Tenisei EBA, the Okunevo, and possibly Tarim EMBA.

Neolithic Western Siberia was home to a distinct population of hunter gatherers.
The three defining genomes are associated with the Koshinko culture (mid 6th millennium BC - late 5th millennium BC) and the Sosnovka-Ostrov culture (mid 5th millennium BC - 4th millennium BC).
They derived the large majority of their ancestry from Ancient North Eurasians and were closely related to people of the Botai culture and the Tarim EMBA cluster.

Genetic distance to Epipaleolithic Anatolian Hunter Gatherers
Dated to ~13,500 BC, the Pinarbasi HG is currently the only representative of the Epipaleolithic Anatolian Hunter Gatherer (AHG) cluster.
AHGs were closely related to older Upper Paleolithic samples from Dzudzuana cave in Georgia.
Similar to other Paleolithic/Epipaleolithic groups of West and SW Asia, AHGs were derived as a mixture of a ”Common West Eurasian” lineage, most similar to WHGs, and the hypothetical Basal Eurasian lineage.
The Anatolian Neolithic Farmers (ANF) derived the large majority of their ancestry from AHGs (~90%), with the rest coming from Natufians.

New reconstruction with The Chad Pastoralist!
The Ostorf-Tannenwerder burial site represents a special group within Neolithic northern Germany. The cemetery contained 26 individuals dated to 3800-2900 BC, while their grave goods were dated to 3200-2900 BC. The entire burial is within a Neolithic context of earthen flat burials.
Genetic analyses on the burial remains of OST003 from 3300 BC reveals that he was 81% Western Hunter Gatherer, 11% Anatolian and 8% Ancient North Eurasian-related. Additionally, he carried 52/62 genetic markers pertaining to Y-DNA haplogroup I-M253 (I1) and has been confirmed to belong to haplogroup I-L840. He is therefore from before the TMRCA of I1, either at a closely related branch or the closest thing to an ancestral carrier we have so far.
