The single greatest dietary change we can make to improve our health is to completely cut out sugar. You can still eat sweet, just avoid chemical sweeteners and cane sugar and that cactus sweetener. Sweeten with stevia, or even better, fruit (juice). I have been without sugar for about twelve years and in that time, I only got a cold/flu once, when I went through a difficult time while moving. My asthmas went away completely. And, my emotions were a lot more stable. Sometimes, I would find myself feeling weepy, and then I realized that there must have been sugar in the food I ate at a restaurant earlier that day. Always true!

There is a wonderful little book called Suagr Blues by William Dufty. If you read it, you will have excellent reasons to quit sugar for good. Here is the best one:

Case in point: When Americans were fighting with South Vietnam against the communist North Vietnamese, they had access to soda, gum, candy bars, and drugs. The Viet Cong had handfuls of rice. This book has bene translated into dozens of languages and is available online in PDF form. My parents read it in Hungarian and it helped them move away from sugar in their retirement. If seniors can do this, so can we.

Yesterday, I raised questions regarding whether the waters in and around South Carolina are being used for human trafficking which by definition includes child sex trafficking.

South Carolinians are ennoscriptd to answers from the McKissick/McMaster/Graham Cabal as to the steps being taken to investigate and prosecute human trafficking.

Today, I have another question for the McKissick/McMaster/Graham Cabal.

Where did the buses in the picture below seen in South Carolina last night come from? I am told the store was full of individuals who appeared to be immigrants. Are they legal? Why are they in South Carolina?

Does the McKissick/McMaster/Graham Cabal plan to investigate?

If not, why not?

Heard from some connections at certain grocery store chains, in SW Ohio-
They have budgeted to have armed security at various grocery stores starting in July.
