Even though today is Ethiopian Christmas, it hasn’t been easy. At university we’re still in the middle of final exams, and on top of that I’ve been fighting the flu 😷... hard, energy-draining, and it kept me sleeping almost the whole day.
Still, even in the middle of exhaustion and challenges, I’m reminded that blessings are never to be taken for granted. Health, family, the chance to learn, and even the ability to think and execute our plans, all of these are gifts of God’s mercy.
So today, I choose gratitude 🙏.
Merry Christmas to all families out there, may your holidays be filled with love, strength, and blessings. 🙏❤️

🎖አንድ ወጣት በማለዳ የእንጨት ጠረጴዛ እየጠገነ ነው፤ አንድ በእድሜ የገፉ (70 ዓመታቸው የሚሆኑ) እናት ደግሞ የቤቱ በረንዳ ላይ ቁጭ ብለው እርሱ የሚሰራውን ይመለከታሉ፤ ያም ወጣት የጠረጴዛውን እግሮች የሚያያይዘውን እንጨት በምስማር እየመታ እያለ ድንገት እናትየው አንድ ቃል አወጡ:-
🗣 "ስተሃል" የሚል፤
ወዲያውም የነበርነው ሰዎች "ምንድን ነው የሳተው?" ስንላቸውም? "ሚስማሯን" አሉ።
ተወዳጆች ሆይ ይሄንን የምክር ቃል አስተውሉ፤ እራሳችሁን በረንዳ ላይ አስቀምጣችሁ የሚሰራን ሰው ተቆጣጣሪ እና አስተያየት ሰጪ አትሁኑ። በተለያዩ ስፖርቶችም ላይ ታሪክ የሚዘከረው ለዳኞቹ ሳይሆን ለተጫዋቹ ነው።
