Do any of you guys know a game that lets you simulate being a king or a political leader in general, and having to sort through the political issues a country has?

I don't mean a game like Civ or anything like that where the goal is to conquer everything

I'm skeptical about accusations of gerrymandering in congressional districts.

Sure, it's obvious when you have a district that is shaped really oddly, but at the same time what do you even do about this? If I took a state that has, say, seven districts, and I knew nothing about this state's demographics voting habits or whatever, and I drew a random grid on the map that gave seven roughly evenly shaped districts, the democrats would probably accuse me of gerrymandering since that map would most likely favor republicans in most states.

The fact that you guys live in cities packed like sardines makes it really had to make fair districts that don't obviously favor one side or the other.

This is apocalyptic when you consider that it's the highest IQ countries that this is the most true for.
