Her body was found with bullet holes. She was alive when the ceasefire took into effect and the town has been under Israeli control ever since then.

If you live in one of these expensive coastal regions, your options for achieving the American dream are

-go into massive amounts of debt
-get lucky
-inherit a boatload of assets
-somehow cheat your way to the top
-just leave entirely and go somewhere cheaper

Imo with the excessively high cost of living here combined with the social depravity that's so rampant here, just leaving entirely is probably the best option. These places are clearly in a state of decline, but they have a long way to go. Why watch helplessly as this place goes down its terminal death spiral when I can instead go somewhere cheaper and better culturally, and be an active part of that place's upwards trajectory?

I hate these new fangled sleek laptops that don't have much for ports and are super fragile. I miss the days of like 10-15 years go when laptops were these big bulky things that had plenty of ports, never had overheating problems, and if you dropped it on the floor you were more worried about the floor than the laptop.

I still see mass immigration shifting from Latin America and Africa to Indians as a long term win for us, and for multiple reasons.

We probably won't be seeing huge numbers of migrants being dumped into communities overnight like in Springfield, turning those communities upside down instantly. It will be more controlled and less reckless.

If you look at the biggest voting bloc that supports mass immigration, it's women. You look at almost every "refugees welcome" protest, or protest in general in support of mass immigration, it's mostly women there. HOWEVER, in recent times it seems that with the increasing number of Indians, and all the stuff that comes along with that, women seem to not like the Indians, for obvious reasons. If the biggest bloc supporting mass immigration turns against it, it's game over for mass immigration.

Another way I think this helps us is that there's been a real mask-off moment with Elon and Vivek these last few days, where it's becoming increasingly obvious to everyone that mass immigration isn't and never was about some "diversity" thing, it was only ever about increasing profit margins for wealthy elites, so now it's turning into a class struggle situation.

With Hispanic immigrants doing low skill type jobs, the elites could get people to be okay with it with things like "they're doing jobs that Americans don't want to do" (which isn't even true and those jobs would be paying far higher if those people all left, but I digress)

With the Indians, there's no argument to be made against the idea of Indian visa workers hogging up high level jobs that Americans, especially recent STEM graduates, desperately need. That's literally what they're doing and no one disputes it. The only "disputes" I've seen against this is Elon and Vivek saying Americans are lazy and unmotivated, which is helping us a lot actually and showing everyone the true nature of this scheme.

Hundreds of thousands of Indians are brought in to work tech jobs through the H1B visa program every year. This chart was from 2021, and these numbers are lower than they are for 2022-2024.

If you look at the companies bringing them in, it's Google, Amazon, etc, all of which are major companies hiring them for high paying jobs.

At the same time we are seeing for American CS majors significantly increased difficulty in finding jobs in their field (which means they can't get experience), and for the lucky ones who do, wage stagnation with wages stuck at the same levels they were eight years ago, which was great then but is poverty tier now when you consider where these jobs are located in this country.

This situation is an unmitigated dumpster fire, that Elon and Vivek are trying to pour gasoline on. Hopefully with public outrage we can do something about it.
