This week, we met at a local gym to test our PRs in bench, deadlift, and max pull-ups. We finished the session with lat pulldowns and barbell curls.

ACSW met recently for a day’s hike and camp. Our packs were heavy and the hills were steep. We marched on as if our ancestors were watching.
