This week, we met at a local gym to test our PRs in bench, deadlift, and max pull-ups. We finished the session with lat pulldowns and barbell curls.

Our latest meet consisted of light sparring, heavy bag work and deadlifts. The session was high energy and PR’s were pulled!

ACSW met recently for a day’s hike and camp. Our packs were heavy and the hills were steep. We marched on as if our ancestors were watching.
