Allah Wrongs Not Even the Weight of a Speck of Dust – Tafseer Ibn Katheer
Surely! Allah wrongs not even of the weight of a speck of dust, but if there is any good (done), He doubles it, and gives from Him a great reward. (Surah An-Nisa , aayah 40)
Allah states that He does not treat any of His servants with injustice on the Day of Resurrection, be it the weight of a mustard seed or a speck of dust. Rather, Allah shall reward them for this action and multiply it, if it were a good deed. For instance, Allah said,
(And We shall set up balances of justice)Allah said that Luqman said,
(O my son! If it be (anything) equal to the weight of a mustard seed, and though it be in a rock, or in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth). Allah said,
(That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. So whosoever does good equal to the weight of a speck of dust shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of a speck of dust shall see it.) The Two Sahihs recorded the long Hadith about the intercession that Abu Said Al-Khudri narrated, and in which the Messenger of Allah said,
(Allah then says, “Go back, and take out of the Fire everyone in whose heart you find the weight of a mustard seed of faith”) In another narration, Allah says,
(“Whosoever had the least, least, least speck of faith, take him out of the Fire,” and they will take out many people.)Abu Said then said, “Read, if you will,
(Surely! Allah wrongs not even of the weight of a speck of dust).”

Ali(ra) on fear, hope, knowledge and patience
It is reported that ‘Alî b. Abî Tâlib – Allâh be pleased with him – said,
“The servant [of Allâh] should not FEAR except his sins, and should not HOPE except in his Lord.
The ignorant should not be ashamed to ask, and the knowledgeable should not be ashamed to say – if he does not know something – ‘Allâh knows best.’
Patience (al-sabr) to faith (Al-Îmân) is like the head to the rest of the body: if the head is cut off, the body will rot.☝🏼
And one who has no patience, has no faith".

One Should Not Poke His [or Her] Nose In People’s Business!
It is forbidden for a person to just come and sit with a person who is talking to another person because it may be that they are engaged in a private conversation. The Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said, “Whoever listens to the talk of some people who do not like him (to listen) or they run away from him, then molten lead will be poured into his ears on the Day of Resurrection. Abu az-Zubayr said I heard Jabir bin Abdullaah saying that he heard the Prophet –sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam– saying:
‘If one of you eats and a morsel of food falls from his hand then he should wipe off what he sees from it and eat it.
He should not leave it for the Shaytaan and he should not wipe his hand with a napkin until he licks his hand, since a person does not know which part of the food that Allaah has blessed. The Shaytaan lies in wait for the people -or for a person- for everything even upon the place at which he eats or his food.
The dish should not be taken away until he licks it or has it licked, since indeed in the last part of the food there is blessings.’

The Reality of Dhikr and Fear of Allah
It is reported that Saʿīd b. Jubayr – Allāh have mercy on him – said:
Verily, fear (al-khashyah) is that you fear Allāh such that your fear comes between you and your disobedience (of Allāh). That is khashyah. And dhikr (remembrance) is obedience to Allāh: whoever obeys Allāh has remembered Him; and whoever does not obey Him is not a rememberer of Him, even if he says a lot of tasbīḥ and recites a lot of Qurān.

🔹How did the Prophet eat?
The Prophet said: I eat as a slave eats, and I sit as a slave sits. Since indeed I’m a slave.

Ibn al-Qayyim: The Prophet used to sit on his feet while eating.
He used to place his knees on the ground and would place the bottom of his left foot on the upper part of his right foot in humility for the Lord, and in respect for the food and for those present.
This is the best way to sit for eating, because the organs of the body will be in their proper position along with observing good manners.
