Beware of evil intentions. Beware of plotting and planning evil against people, for Allaah تعالى knows what the plotters of evil do in secret & their thoughts...
وَلَا يَحِيقُ ٱلۡمَكۡرُ ٱلسَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهۡلِهِ

🔦 *Contemplate*💡:
For a Muslim, the purpose of all his actions should be for attaining the Aakhirah (the Hereafter). *This should be the purpose – the worship of Allaah, the pleasure of Allaah, the Jannah (Paradise), the protection from the punishment of the grave and the Jahannam (Hellfire).*
For how long do we live in this Dunya?! How many years?! 50 years? 60? 70? 100? How long is that as compared to the life of the Barzakh?! And how long is that as compared to the life of the Hereafter?!
Example: Nooh عليه السلام spent _950 years of his life_ in calling people towards Allaah. Compare that to how many thousands of years he is living in the life of Barzakh?!
Another example: We are in the year 1438H. Uthmaan Ibn Affaan رضي الله عنه was assassinated near the end of the year 35H. How many years have passed since then? For many years has he been in the grave? More than 1,400 (one thousand four hundred) years!
‼1,400 YEARS OF LIFE IN THE BARZAKH!
Till when will he be in the grave?! Another 100 years?! Another 1,000 years?! Only Allaah knows when the Hour will be established.
This life - in the Barzakh (in the grave) - of 1,000 years or 2,000 years, or as much as Allaah Wills! Does it not deserve that we work for it so that we are blessed in it?!
This life of 50, 60 or 70 years which we live, deduct from it the many years that go in childhood!
⏬Deduct from it the many years that go in sleeping!
⏬Deduct from it the years that go in sickness!
⏬Deduct from it the many years that go in old age and senility!
How much of it is left?!
Then comes the Hereafter! The Eternal life! The life with no end! The life with no death – either in the Jannah or in the Jahannam! May Allaah make us of the people of Paradise and may He protect us from the punishment of the Hellfire!
❔So we want to abandon the life of the Hereafter for the life of this world?!
❔We want to gain the life of this fleeting world at the price of the Hereafter?!
‼What’s _wrong_ with us?!

Khushū' (humility and concentration) in Salah doesn't come easy. You have to strive hard for it continuously in every prayer. Thābit al-Banāni, a scholar from the time of the Tābi'een, رحمه الله said:
كابدت الصلاة عشرين سنة، وتنعمت بها عشرين سنة
“I pushed myself to stand up and pray for twenty years, then I found joy in it for twenty years.”

👓The Four Eyes – Sayings of the Salaf
📝It is reported that Khâlid b. Ma’dân – Allâh have mercy on him – said:
There is not a person except he has four eyes: two in his head with which he sees the matters of this worldly life, and two in his heart with which he looks to the matters of the hereafter. So if Allâh wants good for his servant, He opens his heart’s eyes, and so he perceives what he has been promised in the unseen world. Thus he is saved from the unseen [punishment] through the unseen [reward for the obedient].

The Messenger of Allāh صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
“No people gather in a house from Allāh’s houses, to recite Allāh’s Book and study it together, except that As-Sakeenah (serenity) descends upon them, mercy envelops them, the Angels surround them, and Allāh mentions them to those that are with Him…”*
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم also said,

“The best among you is he who learns the Qur’an and teaches it.”**

BEING KIND TO ANIMALS ✨
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
"While a man was walking on a road, he became very thirsty. Then he came across a well, got down into it, drank (of its water) and then came out. Meanwhile he saw a dog panting and licking mud because of excessive thirst. The man said to himself, 'This dog is suffering from the same state of thirst as I did.' So he went down the well (again) and filled his shoe (with water) and held it in his mouth and watered the dog. Allah thanked him for that deed and forgave him."
The people asked: "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Is there a reward for us in serving the animals?"
He said: "(Yes) There is a reward for serving any animate (living being)."

Do you know who is the real bankrupt?
Abu Hurairah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, “Do you know who is the bankrupt?” They said: “The bankrupt among us is one who has neither money with him nor any property”. He said, “The real bankrupt of my Ummah would be he who would come on the Day of Resurrection with Salat, Saum and Sadaqah (charity), (but he will find himself bankrupt on that day as he will have exhausted the good deeds) because he reviled others, brought calumny against others, unlawfully devoured the wealth of others, shed the blood of others and beat others; so his good deeds would be credited to the account of those (who suffered at his hand). If his good deeds fall short to clear the account, their sins would be entered in his account and he would be thrown in the (Hell) Fire”.

⚡️ The Tests & Trials of
Ibrahim عليه السلام
👤 Shaikh Ahmed
an-Najmy رحمه الله تعالى
💢 Ibrahim عليه السلام was a believer in Allah upon Tawhid...
• ⛏ He broke the idols of his people so they ruled upon him that he be cast into the fire...but he remained patient, and Allah made the fire cool and safe upon him and he exited with his head raised.
• 👥 Allah tested him also through separation between him and his parents and family...but he remained patient and migrated.
• 🌾 Allah tested him initially with absence of offspring (he had no children)...but he remained patient
• ⛰ 🕋 Allah then tested him through a son he bestowed upon him, Isma'il عليه السلام, and he was commanded to leave him amongst those barren mountains...but he remained patient.
• 🔪 Eventually when all these tests had occurred and concluded, Allah then tested him by commanding him to slaughter his own son...but he remained patient.
🕯 He was successful in all these tests. As for us, Allah decrees some (minor) affairs upon us and we become upset and do not remain patient upon the test of our Lord. O' Allah make us from those who are patient upon trials, and grateful upon blessings."
