Virtues Of Friday
1 – On it is Salaat al-Jumuah (Friday prayer), which is the best of prayer.
Allah says: “O you who believe (Muslims)! When the call is proclaimed for the Salaah (prayer) on Friday (Jumuah prayer), come to the remembrance of Allaah [Jumuah religious talk (Khutbah) and Salaah (prayer)] and leave off business (and every other thing). That is better for you if you did but know!” [al-Jumuah 62:9]
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The five daily prayers and from one Jumuah to the next is an expiation for whatever sins come in between them, so long as one does not commit a major sin.” [Muslim 233]
2 – Praying Fajr in congregation on Fridays is the best prayer that the Muslim can pray during the week.
The Messenger (ﷺ) said: “The best prayer before Allah is Fajr prayer on Friday in congregation.”
Narrated by al-Bayhaqi
One of the special features of Fajr prayer on Friday is that it is Sunnah to recite surat al-Sajdah in the first rak’ah and surat al-Insaan in the second.
The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite in Fajr prayer in Fridays Alif-Laam-Meem Tanzeel (surat al-Sajdah) in the first rak’ah and Hal ata ‘ala’l-insaan heenun min al-dahr lam yakun shay’an madhkooran (surat al-Insaan) in the second.
[Narrated by Bukhari, 851; Muslim, 880]
3 – Whoever dies during the day or night of Friday, Allaah will protect him from the trial of the grave.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no Muslim who dies during the day of Friday or the night of Friday but Allah will protect him from the trial of the grave.”
[Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1074]

Performance of your #Salah are in Five levels - Which one do you belong to?
Ibnul-Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah (rahimahullaah) said:
And mankind, with regard to their performance of prayer are in five levels:
Notice how all the following 5 levels are addressing those who actually DO their 5 salah!
The First:
The level of the one who is negligent and wrongs his soul: He is the one who falls short in performing wudhoo (ab...lution) properly, performing the prayer upon its time and within its specified limits, and in fulfilling its essential pillars.
The Second:
The one who guards his prayers upon their proper times and within their specified limits, fulfils their essential pillars and performs his wudhoo with care. However, his striving (in achieving the above) is wasted due whisperings in his prayer so he is taken away by thoughts and ideas.
The Third:
The one who guards his prayers within the specified limits, fulfils their essential pillars and strives with himself to repel the whisperings, thoughts and ideas. He is busy struggling against his enemy (Shaytaanor Satan) so that he does not steal from the prayer. On account of this he is engaged in (both) prayer and jihaad.
The Fourth:
The one who stands for the prayer, completes and perfects its due rights, its essential pillars, performs it within its specified limits and his heart becomes engrossed in safeguarding its rights and specified limits, so that nothing is wasted from it. His whole concern is directed towards its establishment, its completion and its perfection, as it should be. His heart is immersed in the prayer and in enslavement to his Lord the Exalted.
The Fifth:
The one who stands for the prayer like the one mentioned above. However, on top of this, he has taken and placed his heart in front of his Lord Azzawajall, looking towards Him with his heart with anticipation, (his heart) filled with His love and His might, as if he sees and witnesses Allaah. The whisperings, thoughts and ideas have vanished and the coverings which are between him and his Lord are raised. What is between this person and others with respect to the prayer, is superior and greater than what is between the heavens and the earth. This person is busy with his Lord Azzawajall, delighted with Him.
The First type will be punished, the second type will be held to account, the third will have his sins and shortcomings expiated, the fourth will be rewarded and the fifth will be close to his Lord, because he will receive the portion of the one who makes his prayer the delight and pleasure of his eye. Whoever makes his prayer, the delight and pleasure of his eye, will have the nearness to his Lord Azzawajall made the delight and pleasure of his eye in the hereafter. He will also be made a pleasure to the eye in this world since whoever makes Allaah the pleasure of his eye in this world, every other eye will become delighted and pleased with him.
Makes you think twice about the next time you stand to say Allahu Akbar...makes you think about those who do not even do their salah!

Do not lose hope in the Mercy of الله , for He is the Creator. He will create another way for you. Never get tired of asking اللهِ for whatever you need. Allah says in the Quran:
“And seek help in patience and prayer…” [Al-Baqarah: 45]
Yaa Allaah ! Grant complete shifaa and speedy recovery to all those that are sick at home or in hospitals. Aameen

When we see the day of judgment, we will realize how short the dunya is. Just the morning that day will be like a millennium. We are talking about 50,000 years – 50 millennia! When we see the Day of Judgment, we will think of this dunya as an afternoon or a coffee break. We are giving this dunya more than it deserves. Whether we like it or not – that’s the reality. We claim that we are giving akhirah what it deserves and giving dunya what it deserves. It is true that we ask Allah to give us good in this life and in the hereafter, but make a ratio and give each what it deserves!

The Sahabi who was 6× times richer than the billionaires today:
Abdul Rahman bin Awf:
He died leaving a net worth of $501 billion: When he died, his wealth valued in Gold Coins was three billion one hundred three million Islamic Dinars(3,103,000,000 – 4.25 gms gold per coin). If the whole wealth is converted into USD then the calculation is approximately 4.25 X 3,103,000,000 X 38 = USD 501,134,500,000.
It is more than $501 billion dollars.
It's said that his initial capital investment was 2 or 4 Dinars.
He was one of the very early people who accepted Islam. He is one of those ten people whose entry to paradise was told by Prophet Muhammad (Blessing and Peace be upon Him).

Allah (subḥānahū wa taʿālā) says in the Noble Qur’ān:
“Is one who worships devoutly during the hours of the night, prostrating and standing, fearing the Hereafter and hoping for the mercy of his Lord, [like one who does not]? Say ‘Are those who know equal to those who do not know?’ Only those who are endowed with insight will take heed” (39:9).
Once, ʿAlī b. Abī Ṭālib (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) went out on the first night of Ramaḍān. The lamps were shining and the Book of Allah was being recited in the masājid, so he stated, “May Allah illuminate your grave O ʿUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb, just as you illuminated the masājid of Allah with the Qur’ān.”
Qiyām, tahajjud and tarawīḥ are terms used to describe the night prayer in Ramaḍān. In Ramaḍān, the night prayer is done communally and in private. Along with performing tarawīḥ in the masjid, we should perform qiyām at home, especially in the last third of the night, in solitude.

Do Not Grieve Over The Past
Shaykh AbduRahmaan As-Sa'adi [رحمه الله] said:
❝Do not grieve over past matters which have not been destined, from ill health, or loss of wealth or a worldly matter, etc.
Your concern should be with rectification of actions on the day.
Since a person is living in the moment. He should not be saddened for what has passed. Also he should not research into the future where that research would not be of any benefit.
It is upon you to be truthful, fulfill your contracts, keep to one's promises and justice in all dealings.
Fulfilling rights completely and perfectly with a tranquil soul and with truthful pure Eemaan.
Busy yourself with your own mistakes and your matters, rather than the mistakes of the people and their matters.
Deal with everyone according to their situation and condition, whether he is a senior, or youngster, male or female, a leader or a follower.
Be gentle and merciful to everyone even animals and livestock, since indeed Allaah is merciful to his merciful worshippers.
Be balanced in all your matters, and open up your mind to every religious and worldly benefit.❞

*al-qardh* - "a loan"
Allah says in surah al-Baqarah:
[ مَّن ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ أَضْعَافًا كَثِيرَةً]
"Who would loan Allah a good loan so that He would multiply it for him many times over?" [2:245]
In his tafsir of this ayah, al-Baghawi mentions:
[ القرض اسم لكل ما يعطيه الإنسان ليجازى عليه فسمى الله تعالى عمل المؤمنين له على رجاء ما وعدهم من الثواب قرضا لأنهم يعملونه لطلب ثوابه]
The word *al-qardh* - "a loan" is a term for anything that a person gives to be payed back for later. So Allah calls the deeds that the believers do for Him while hoping for the rewards He has promised them a *qardh* because they are doing these deeds in pursuit of His rewards.
[Tafsir al-Baghawi 1/295]
