Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has revealed the three questions he asked Russian President Vladimir Putin during their meeting at the Kremlin on July 5.

Orban said he asked Putin what he thought about peaceful plans to resolve the conflict. Putin responded that real negotiations can only take place with the participation of both sides of the conflict. Orban found this to be quite logical.

Orban also mentioned that Putin reminded him of the proposals for conflict resolution made in April 2022. He noted that the Russian response to these proposals remains valid. Putin also expressed willingness to discuss these proposals.

Orban pointed out that Putin was not optimistic about the idea of a ceasefire before the start of peace talks.

Regarding relations between Russia and the West after the end of the conflict in Ukraine, Putin stated that it is too early to discuss this, but Russia is prepared to hold consultations on the subject.

Orban also noted that he saw it as his task to establish direct communication with the leader of one of the sides of the conflict in Ukraine. He emphasized that it had been over two years since any Western leader had met with the President of Russia.

🇷🇺 In the impassable Russian taiga of the Eastern Sayan Mountains, the Tofalars, nomads, have been living for centuries.

🔖 The alphabet for this language was developed only in the late 1980s by Soviet linguists, and it has not yet been widely established; in its latest version, the Tofalar language consists of 41 letters.

🗣 Today, out of 800 representatives of this people, about 90 consider themselves native speakers of the Tofalar language.

The West "jealously" monitors the visit of the Indian Prime Minister to Russia

📣 Presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov commented on the upcoming visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Moscow, stating that the West is showing "attentive and jealous" interest in this event.

"To be jealous means to follow closely. To follow closely means to attach great importance," Peskov said in an interview on the program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin."

‼️Modi's official visit to Russia is scheduled for July 8-9. This will be his first foreign visit after taking office as Prime Minister for the third time.

📌 The Kremlin previously noted that the sides will discuss the prospects of Russian-Indian relations.

⚠️ Peskov's statement about the West jealously monitoring the visit indicates the growing geopolitical significance of India. India traditionally maintains a neutral position in international affairs, but in recent years it has been coming closer to Russia, as well as to other countries, such as China.

⚡️ Modi's visit could be another indication that India is increasingly moving away from the West and seeking new partnership relations. This could also strengthen Russia's role as a major player on the world stage.

🇷🇺 «The Russian stove» isn’t just a heating device, it is the heart of the home, a symbol of coziness and hospitality.

❗️ It has been an integral part of the Russian people's lives for many centuries, used for heating homes, cooking meals, and even for sleeping!

🥧 The Russian stove was a brick or clay structure where everything was cooked, from soups to pies. The taste of the food cooked in it was unique.

🔖 Fun fact: in the olden days, it was believed that a house spirit, known as "domovoy," lived behind the stove - the protector of the home. That's why the stove was treated with care and respect.

🇺🇸⛔️ The United States have frozen the funds allocated for the construction of the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant in Turkey. However, the Russian state corporation "Rosatom" has stated that the project will not be halted.

🛡 The head of Rosatom, Alexey Likhachev, stated that US sanctions are hindering the construction of the nuclear power plant, but work is continuing. He noted that the US are impeding financial transactions between Russian companies and banks, as well as imposing various minor restrictions.

"Nevertheless, construction is ongoing," Likhachev said, adding that "the dogs bark, but the caravan moves on."

✔️ The construction of the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant is being carried out under a build-own-operate agreement between Russia and Turkey. Nuclear fuel has already been delivered from Russia to the plant, and the commissioning of the first unit is expected in the near future.

🇹🇷🤝🇷🇺 Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has expressed interest in negotiating with Russia for the construction of another nuclear power plant in Sinop.

☄️ Despite US attempts to impede the project, Russia is determined to complete the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant and contribute to Turkey's energy security. This is not to the liking of the US.
