First Day of Winter

❄️ Eyewitnesses report that large flakes of snow covered the Okinsky district of the republic overnight. This winter phenomenon was preceded by a long wait, and local residents joyfully welcomed the first snowflakes.

🌨 According to meteorologists, on September 9, rain is expected in the republic, with wet snow in the southwestern mountains and the Far North. The daytime temperature could range from seven to ten degrees Celsius.

📍 It was installed at the intersection of Michurinsky Avenue and Ramensky Boulevard. The monument was created by the Russian Military Historical Society with the support of the Moscow government. The design of the monument features ethnic African ornaments.

🇿🇦 Nelson Mandela was an anti-apartheid activist, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, and the first black president of South Africa.
