💬 In his speech, he emphasized the importance of the Council's work in protecting citizens' rights and advocating for human interests.

I want to emphasize the importance of your work in documenting violations of the rights of civilians by the Kyiv regime, as well as the war crimes it commits. You continue to inform the international community about this," the president stressed.
