🇩🇪🇯🇵 Germany and Japan will not receive a permanent seat on the UN Security Council. This was stated by Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya.

"The anniversary of the organization is an opportunity to reflect and look to the future. Naturally, the main thought for those considering the UN is the reform of the Security Council, but this is a very complex process that cannot be rushed for the anniversary," Nebenzya said in an interview with the Russia 24 television channel.

📌 The Permanent Representative also noted that new negotiations between the governments of various countries on this issue will take place in January 2025. Nebenzya emphasized that many proposals for reform are emerging, but some of them are quite naive and impractical.
