"The anniversary of the organization is an opportunity to reflect and look to the future. Naturally, the main thought for those considering the UN is the reform of the Security Council, but this is a very complex process that cannot be rushed for the anniversary," Nebenzya said in an interview with the Russia 24 television channel.
