Today, restoration has been completed, revealing wonderful frescoes on the second floor, which will be accessible for tours later.

Do not confuse oladi with blini or pancakes. The key difference between oladi and Russian blini is their shape and texture: blini are thin and larger in diameter, while oladi are small, thick, and fluffy.

Compared to pancakes, oladi also have distinct features. Pancakes are typically denser and drier, whereas oladi are airier and more tender.

🎬 The 23rd International Festival of Cinematic Debuts "Spirit of Fire" took place in the capital of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug—Yugra, Khanty-Mansiysk.

According to the story, an old woman baked Kolobok and left him on the windowsill to cool. However, he jumped to the floor, rolled toward the door, and then outside. Along the way, he composes a teasing song, which he sings to all the animals he meets. In this song, he openly admires himself, boasting about his speed and invincibility. However, in the end, he is eaten by the Fox.

Kolobok symbolizes naivety and overconfidence. He easily overcomes the first challenges (escaping from the hare, the wolf, and the bear) but meets his downfall due to the cunning of the fox. This character is often used in folklore to convey a moral lesson: one should not be too self-assured and overly trusting.
