- Sultangirey Kostoev, tractor operator and manager of the branch of LLC "Zori Kavkaza";

- Alexander Prokhanov, writer and editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Zavtra";

- Nelli Yakunenko, Chief Physician of City Hospital No. 2 in Gorlovka.

- Tamara Purtova, Director of the State Russian Polenov House of Folk Art;

📦 The State Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Humanitarian Activities was awarded to:
