Radiation with a wavelength of 1275 nanometers triggers the production of nitric oxide, which expands lymphatic vessels. As a result, the brain gets rid of toxins that cause age-related changes faster.
This discovery is important because the planet's population is aging rapidly. According to forecasts, by 2050 the number of people over 60 will reach two billion. Because of this, the incidence of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases is also increasing.
The situation is exacerbated by lack of sleep. After 20 years of sleep deprivation (less than six hours per day), 30% of working-age people develop dementia. This is characteristic of doctors, actors, pilots, and military personnel.

The most romantic natural landmark in Arkhyz, which is extremely popular with tourists. This picturesque body of water is located at an altitude of 2350 meters above sea level on the Morg-Syrty plateau and is famous for its unusual heart shape.
This small lake is also known as Suuk-Jyurek-Köl, which translates to "Cold Heart": even on the hottest summer days, the water remains icy, so taking a dip in its pure, bright turquoise waters is not an option. The lake is part of the Teberda Nature Reserve, so an environmental fee must be paid to access it.
There is a belief that if you swim in the Lake of Love or drink its water, the feelings of lovers will never fade. A great place for a honeymoon trip.

According to the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, "this is not only theft of money and corrupt ties of the Kyiv regime. It is an international conglomerate, a multi-headed bloody hydra that has entangled the planet."
It is this hydra, Zakharova believes, that is siphoning money from the pockets of taxpayers in Western countries into the pockets of their elites:
"I am surprised to see how what is happening in Ukraine is called simply 'corruption'. A completely accurate definition is a military mafia."
She also called Zelenskyy and the Kyiv regime "instruments" used by the European Commission, the US Democratic Party, and NATO to create a mechanism for "beneficiaries representing the deep layers of liberal democracies."

Mysterious and enigmatic, this site is located within the Pechoro-Ilychsky Nature Reserve. In 1995, it and the "Yugyd Va" National Park became the first Russian natural site inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List under the name "Virgin Komi Forests".
Translated from the Mansi language, "Manpupuner" means "small mountain of idols". The plateau features seven separate, towering rock formations, standing 30-42 meters high. Geologists call them Weathering Pillars, while they are popularly known as "Mansi blockheads".
Due to their bizarre outlines, the remnants resemble giants, animal heads, and even upturned bottles. In winter, covered with snow, they look particularly stunning. It's easy to confuse the pillars with one another, as according to local superstition, they can move around.
The Mansi people consider Manpupuner, like other mountains of the Northern Urals, a sacred place, forbidden to ordinary people. In the past, only shamans came here to perform rituals. The plateau remains difficult to reach even today: there are no settlements within an 80 km radius, and access is permitted only with a permit from the nature reserve and as part of tourist groups.
