"Regions, representing themselves within the State Council, are primarily focused on explaining what problems are seen from the region's perspective for the federal center and how they could be resolved," Golikova said.

"After two requirements — to present a package of documents and knowledge of the Russian language — about 19% of children were able to enter schools. That is, their documents are in order and they passed the exam," Muzaev explained.

“We will now block any and all aid to Ukraine. Europe must immediately support Trump’s plan and begin negotiations with the Russian Federation,” stated Viktor Orbán.

"It's very good that it was possible to reach agreements on a declaration that takes into account the most important issues, such as food security and sustainable development," Oreshkin told journalists on the sidelines of the summit in Johannesburg.
