🧑‍🎓 Head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev reported that only 19% of migrant children successfully met the mandatory requirements for admission to Russian schools.

This refers to the need to provide a complete set of documents and confirm proficiency in the Russian language.

"After two requirements — to present a package of documents and knowledge of the Russian language — about 19% of children were able to enter schools. That is, their documents are in order and they passed the exam," Muzaev explained.

The official also noted that Rosobrnadzor is beginning a study of the situation in schools with the highest number of applications from foreigners. Special attention will be paid to the relationships between children and changes in teachers' work.

Recall that since April 1, all children of foreign citizens must undergo Russian language testing for enrollment in Russian schools. If the test is failed, the child can undergo additional training and retake the exam no earlier than three months later.
