The Taliban now controls thousands of vehicles, aircraft, and weapons — though much of it is degraded or unusable without maintenance.

Aircraft: ~167 total; 78 left and demilitarized at Kabul. Value: $923 million.

Vehicles: 40,000+ left (Humvees, MRAPs, M113s, trucks).

Weapons: 300,000+ small arms and heavy weapons.

Other gear: Radios, night vision, and biometric systems (~42,000 units).

The US significantly expanded the list of invitees and added Spain, Japan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Hungary, India, El Salvador, Greek Cyprus, Greece, Bahrain, Kuwait and Canada.

Iran was also reportedly invited.
