🇺🇦🏛BUREAUCRATIC HELL📃🔥
This is what more than 4,000 edits to the draft law on mobilization look like, which the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) had to consider before passing it.
Ukrainian Parliament is no better than the U.S. Congress, just as chaotic and tangled in bureaucracy.

A strike is approaching at some US nuclear power plants
Security workers at nuclear power plants owned by energy company Constellation may go on strike due to the owners' refusal to enter into a collective bargaining agreement.
In the event of a strike, the plants would have to follow an expensive contingency plan that would cost far more than raising workers' wages. According to estimates, a day of special regime will cost $53,000 per enterprise, but they are still in no hurry to accommodate the workers.
Constellation management claim they tried to negotiate with the union, but no agreement was reached, some plants have been using contingency plans since March 14. The company has threatened the the union that if they did not agree to its terms soon, future proposals would be even worse.
In particular, Constellation senior management sent notice that the costs incurred as a result of the strike would be deducted from workers salariee under any future negotiated agreement. The current collective bargaining agreement expired on April 1, allowing employees to legally go on strike.
