Danger Of Life Warning As Storm Isha Batters UK
The UK’s strongest winds recorded in four decades lashed parts of Britain as the Met Office warned tornadoes were possible as some flights had to be diverted to France because conditions were so perilous.
At least 70,000 people have been left without power, leaving many without repair services until at least Tuesday, while rail services have been canceled, and the entire country has been given at least a yellow warning - meaning a threat of at least 50mph winds.
