Indiana Republican Convention 2024 Rules Committee was held on June 14. 2024, the day prior to the State Convention to nominate the State Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General. The attached video shows the premeditated circumvention of the “Rules Committee” to remove the authority of the elected State Delegates.
The elected 1800+ Delegates of the Republican Party determine the Party Rules however the video exposes the attempt of the 9 member Rules Committee to change the procedures without the Delegates consent.
Shockingly the committee is attempting to create a “permanent committee” by eliminating the rights of the Delegates to govern themselves and the Republican Party.
The State Delegates will propose resolutions at the Convention to take back control of the Indiana Republican Party that has been captured.
The attorney representing the Rules Committee is the same individual that provided legal council to the Republican VANDERBURGH County Chairman in removing certified Precinct Committeeman and Delegates from VANDERBURGH County.
The attached photograph is of Brenda Goff and Michael Myers from the Indiana 8th District that supported the removal of duly elected representatives. There is collusion to disenfranchise the Rules of the Republican Party.

Bucking tradition, Indiana Republicans nominate Micah Beckwith for lieutenant governor
Bucking tradition, Indiana's Republican delegates have rejected U.S. Sen. Mike Braun's choice for lieutenant governor, instead nominating Noblesville pastor Micah Beckwith, whose unconventional campaign centered around giving delegates a choice.
The lieutenant governor race was the main event at Saturday's GOP convention, a biennial gathering of party officials and more than 1,800 elected delegates from across the state. Delegates had a choice between Beckwith and state Rep. Julie McGuire, who was Braun's endorsed candidate.
"I'm humbled, I'm overwhelmed and I am encouraged that Indiana knows that the power of the government rests with the people," Beckwith said, before walking off the stage to "God Bless the U.S.A."
Beckwith won the vote 891-828.
Republican delegates hadn't had multiple candidates to choose from for this office since 1996 , when gubernatorial nominee Stephen Goldsmith opted not to endorse a running mate and six people hopped in. Traditionally, the party ceremoniously approves the gubernatorial nominee's pick.
Interest in the race was omnipresent. At least half the attending delegates sported some sort of merchandise associated with one of the camps, from McGuire stickers and signs to Beckwith buttons, bags and cardboard hand wavers. One of Beckwith's buttons said "I'm a delegate, not a rubber stamp!!"
Colbert Comment: Interestingly as an elected Indiana Republican State Delegate in 2022 and 2024, all my candidates secured the win; including Micah Beckwith as Lieutenant Governor.
The Governor nominee, Mike Braun mysteriously selected a candidate, Julie McGuire as his running mate. Why does the establishment continue to endorse and promote candidates the Hoosier Delegates reject? Whether it is Holli Sullivan or Julie McGuire?
I’m 2023, McGuire, through the assistance of the Indiana GOP, unseated an ultra conservative Republican, John Jacob at the cost of $500,000. Why would the Indiana GOP waste valuable resources against its own membership rather against Democrat candidates?
The Republican Platform has not changed, but the Republican “Rules” continue to drift away from conservative ideologies. There is a disconnect and inconsistency between these two principles. It has become blatantly obvious with the antics exhibited this weekend in the “Rules Committee”. The Delegates demanded accountability and adherence to Republican values and the establishment are positioning themselves away from the core values of conservatism.
When the VANDERBURGH County Republicans espouses a Community Party, it’s indicative of the morphing away of the Republican Party Platform all in the name inclusivity.
These ideologies are moving the party closer to Democrat philosophies with the lack of leadership.

The Face you make when you realize Micah Beckwith just won the Republican Nominee for Indiana Lieutenant Governor.
Brenda Goff, 8th District County Republican Chairman, was stunned Julie McGuire lost.

We were once on a 13 month 28 day calendar that had us more connected and in sync with this realm. They tried to bring us back to that calander in the 1900s but it was buried.

The House passed a large defense bill Friday evening that included a provision that would automatically enroll young men between the ages of 18 and 26* for the Selective Service.
The House's version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which would authorize $895 billion in military spending, passed by a vote of 217–199. It's unlikely to be picked up by the Democrat-controlled Senate because of numerous amendments regarding abortion, diversity efforts, and transgender medical treatments. The Selective Service provision, though, is part of an enduring bipartisan effort to keep the framework for military connoscription in place, even though the draft ended in 1975.
Automatic registration would replace the coming-of-age tradition that all 18-year-old male U.S. citizens experience when they get a card in the mail from Uncle Sam informing them that they're required under threat of criminal penalties to register for the Selective Service.
Supporters of the legislation framed it as a more efficient and cost-effective method.
"By using available federal databases, the [Selective Service] agency will be able to register all of the individuals required and thus help ensure that any future military draft is fair and equitable," Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D–Pa.) said on the House floor. "This will also allow us to rededicate resources—basically that means money—towards reading readiness and towards mobilization…rather than towards education and advertising campaigns driven to register people."
The other, unspoken effect would be removing young men's choice to engage in civil disobedience.
The draft is a hobby horse for Houlahan, an Air Force veteran. She also spearheaded a House bill in 2021 to require women to register with the Selective Service, effectively doubling the draft pool.
The Selective Service System was first founded in 1917 to feed bodies into America's World War I efforts. It was disbanded in 1920, fired back up in 1940, re-formatted in 1948, and then terminated in 1975 as part of Washington's decisive shift to an all-volunteer military. Then a panicky President Jimmy Carter in 1980, alarmed by the Soviet Union's invasion of Afghanistan, reinstituted draft registration as a just-in-case rite of passage for boys to complete within 30 days of their 18th birthday, under theoretical penalty of five years imprisonment and (eventually) up to $250,000 in fines.
While there have only been 14 convictions for Selective Service refuseniks, and none since 1986, those 100,000 or so young men per year who disobey Washington's marching orders are typically barred from working government jobs, receiving student loans, and (in around 40 states) obtaining a driver's license.

INDIANA
06-17-2024 - In a significant leadership shift for Indiana's Republican Party, Anne Hathaway is set to announce her resignation as the state’s GOP Chairwoman, a decision she made public in a resignation letter. Marion County GOP Chairman Joseph Elsener will also be stepping down from his post, with both departures set to follow last Saturday's GOP convention.
Hathaway’s tenure, marked by strong leadership and dedication, saw her navigating the party through a pivotal primary season. Mike Braun's team had previously stated that Hathaway could continue in her role as long as she preferred post-primary, indicating her valued presence within the party.
In her resignation letter, Hathaway stated: "As the Republican National Committeewoman, I am not leaving, I am just returning to my seat on the committee. I look forward to continuing to represent Indiana within the NC and to continue to support our grassroots operations across the state as we work to elect our next President, Governor, and Republicans up and down the ticket. From day one, Joe and I made it clear that we would commit to serve through the primary and then transition to new leadership. The timing is right having just concluded our 2024 State Convention, and I look forward to working with Senator Braun and the members of our Republican State Committee to select our next chair. I would like to thank all the members of the Indiana Republican Party for the honor to serve as their Chairwoman, and I would like to once again thank them for everything that they do to support our party and candidates."
The forthcoming resignation of Hathaway and Elsener sets the stage for a new chapter in the party’s leadership. Two prominent candidates have emerged as potential successors for the Marion County GOP Chairman seat: Cindy Mowery, the Franklin Township GOP Chairwoman, and John Schmitz, who is currently running in the special election for Congress to replace Jenn Pace. John Schmitz was also involved in a local grassroots movement to recruite almost 100 precinct committee members in the Marion County GOP. Pace’s congressional seat became a topic of interest after voters, influenced by WIBC, a satire radio station, humorously elected a deceased woman.
Hathaway’s return to her role as the Republican National Committeewoman ensures her continued influence and support for the party. As the Indiana GOP prepares for the 2024 elections, the selection of new leadership will be crucial in maintaining the momentum and ensuring the party’s success across local, state, and national levels.
COLBERT COMMENT:
Below is the original article in August 2023 when Hathaway replaced Kyle Hupfer as Indiana Republican Chairwoman. Now she goes on to coordinate the National Republican Convention. WARNING ⚠️ Hathaway is not a supporter of Trump’s “AmericaFirst” agenda. She is a huge supporter of the Todd Young Republican.
Read the article below regarding the details. Consistently the Indiana Republican Party uses the technique of “appointing” over “electing” to control a desired result. Whether it’s allowing a dead woman to remain on the ballot, then appointing her replacement when the dead woman wins; or appointing a replacement State Auditor after an immediate resignation.
So who will the Indiana Republican Party “appoint” to the chairmanship? Could it be Brenda Goff, due to her ability to be compliant and weaponize the Party Rules against true conservative Republicans.

June 18, 2024 @ 4 pm. The video was taken at the Warrick County Board of Health meeting conducted at the Warrick County Courthouse, specifically in the County Commissioners room.
The focus of the meeting was regarding the reappointment of Dr Rick Yeager. Dr Yeager was represented by attorneys April Edwards and Mark Phillips.
Indiana Senate Bill 4 passed the Indiana Legislature in 2023, allowing for the consolidation of all 92 county health departments to be under the control of the current CDC Foundation and World Health Organization participant, Dr Judith Monroe. The legislation was coordinated by Senator Becker and Charbonneau and signed into law by Indiana Governor Holcomb.
Warrick County received an initial Legacy Payment of $78,445.96 provided to Warwick County Commissioners to enter into a contract with the Indiana Health Department. The 2024 allocation of $646,698.28 was provided to implement the State Health Department protocols. These payments are NOT grants, as was erroneously reported in the June 18th meeting. They are allocations of taxpayers money to comply with specific protocols set forth by the Indiana Health Department.
Warrick County did not implement many of the requirements and the funds were returned. These protocols included vaccine clinics in public schools and other far reaching protocols.
Additionally the 2025 allocation of $1,246,012.00 will entail mental health support to be in compliance to receive the proceeds.
All 92 counties have capitulated to allow for the State Government to centralize the health departments.
Senate Bill 4 was approved by a “yes” vote by Warrick County House Representative, Cindy Ledbetter to allow for the abdication of the Warrick County Health Department to the Indiana Department of Health. All of this is unfolding with the actions of the newly appointed Warrick County Health Board appointed by the Warrick County Commissioners.
The Warrick County Residents should demand public record access to the agreement between their county commissioners and the Indiana Health Department. I would question how the initial “Legacy Payment” was dispersed.
Todd Glass, a local attorney, is seen in the video sitting with the Warrick Health Commission; it is noted he was not providing legal counsel.
It should be acknowledged Mr Glass was the attorney for the Warrick County Commissioners during the execution of the agreement between the county health department and the Indiana Health Department.
Ms Ledbetter advocated for government overreach and consolidation of health services, she voted “YES” for Senate Bill 4.
Interestingly Deaconnes Hospital Inc. received $24,556,603 in Covid subsidy during the pandemic. Additionally Cindy Ledbetter Psychiatric NP LLC was a recipient of government funding per public records.
There will be a substantial amount of State Funding allocated by the Indiana Health Department for “Mental Health”. All 92 Counties will receive the appropriation by simply complying with the State “Mandates”. There will be a lot of money to be made by those in the psychiatric industry.
SB 4 is now in effect; expect addendums and resolutions to be created by our elected officials to continue the onslaught of medical tyranny. Recently Resolution 50 was proactively created in preparation for further overreach of “senior” vaccination schedules by the Indiana Health Department.
It’s a series of steps to eliminate our health sovereignty. We are in the phase of State Control of all county health departments with the next phase of liquidation of local assets to be absorbed by State officials.
