Multiple Massive Explosions have rocked the City of Pavlohrad in the Donetsk Region of Eastern Ukraine; Initial Reports that Russian S-300 Missiles have struck a Rail Yard and a Ukrainian Arms Depot on the Outskirts of the City.
The Explosions that are currently being reported in Eastern Ukraine are the result of S-300 Missiles launched from Russia not the 17 Tu-95Ms that are reportedly Airborne, so there is likely another Larger Cruise Missile Attack that appears to be Imminent.
Another Large Explosion now reported near the City of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk Region, Reports suggest that this is possibly another Ukrainian Arms Depot.
Russian Sources are claiming that the Explosions at the Rail Yard near the City of Pavlohrad were the result of a Missile Strike against 2 Divisions of up to 16 S-300 Launchers including Ammunition that was heading towards the Front; so far there is No Visual Evidence of this.
Initial Reports by Ukrainian Officials that 2 Russian Submarines have been observed leaving the Port of Sevastopol towards the Black Sea.

This Footage from the Missile Strike on what is now known to be the Rail Yard in Pavlohrad definitely suggested that some kind of Large Munition such as S-300 Missiles were Targeted with multiple Secondary Explosions and “Cook-Offs” being seen.
Ukrainian Officials in multiple Cities are telling Resident to be prepared for a Major Russian Missile Attack tonight possibly consisting of Hundreds of Missiles sometime after 0200, Residents are urged not to ignore Sirens or Alarms and to Take Shelter Immediately when heard.
According to Local Sources, every Tu-95M Strategic Bomber at Engels Air Force Base in Central Russia has been launched heading West, this constitute at least 10 Tu-95s and doesn’t even include the roughly 10-12 Tu-95Ms launched from Olenya Air Base earlier.
A U.S. Navy P-8A Anti-Submarine Aircraft with “No Callsign” appeared to have entered Ukrainian Airspace near the Romanian Border before “Going Dark” by either turning off or changing its Transponder to a Military Channel.
The Airspace over the Astrakhan Region of Southwestern Russia has reportedly been Closed for Commercial Air Traffic.
The Airspace over this Region is usually one “Zone” where Russian Strategic Bombers go to launch their Missiles into Ukraine.
The Air Raid Alert in the Northern Mykolaiv Region appears to be related to Russian Drone Strikes and not Cruise Missiles.
The U.S. Navy P-8A Anti-Submarine Aircraft with “No Callsign” is back on Radar heading South now along the Romanian Coast.
3 Tu-160 Supersonic-Strategic Bombers have now reportedly been launched from Engels Air Force Base.
Pre-Launch Instructions have just been Transmitted over the Russian Strategic Net to Bombers from Ground Bases, Cruise Missile Launches can be expected any minute.
Launches have reportedly taken place and if they are not “Simulated” are expected to enter Ukrainian Airspace sometimes after 0330.
Reports now of Missile Launches from Ships in the Caspian Sea as well.
Launch Commands are still being put out over the Russian Strategic Net.

The Air Defenses of the Russian Black Sea’s Fleet has reportedly “Repelled” a Ukrainian Drone Attack that was attempted to Target the Naval Port in the Crimean City of Sevastopol with Drones observed being Shot Down to the North of Sevastopol and the Town of Zaozerne.
