Besides the Drone which struck the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant (ChNPP), last night Russia launched over 133 “Shahed-136” and other Drones against Ukraine, with the Ukrainian Air Force reported to have downed at least 73 of the Drones.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s press secretary Serhii Nikiforov has reportedly announced that the Ukrainian President is now meeting with U.S. Vice President JD Vance on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.

A number of key meetings are set to happen over the course of this conference. This includes preliminary negotiations on some form of cessation of hostilities in the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump is signing two executive orders now. One order is to end the Covid-19 Vaccine mandate for schools and the other will establish the Energy Dominance Council led by the energy and interior secretaries Chris Wright and Doug Burgum.

Up to 2,000 Federal Employees with the U.S. Department of Energy, including upwards of 325 Workers at the Department’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), which oversees and safeguards the United States’ Nuclear Weapons Stockpile, have been laid-off by the Trump Administration; following the arrival last week of several Representatives with Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) at the Agency.

According to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, the ban for the Associated Press was adhered to for this presser.

A Convoy containing the Deputy Head of United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), has been attacked by Hezbollah Supporters near Beirut International Airport, with at least one Vehicle being burned and several UNIFIL Staff Members being injured before the Lebanese Army arrived to disperse the Crowd.

The Lebanese Army is demanding that Hezbollah Supporters hand over several Individuals, which attacked and burned a U.N. Convoy earlier near Beirut International Airport.

Per the U.S. Army:
“The #USArmy will no longer allow transgender individuals to join the military and will stop performing or facilitating procedures associated with gender transition for service members.”

Interesting note here. The Syrian Transitional Government sent a delegation from its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Syrian Foreign Minister Mr. Asaad Al-Shaibani, to the ongoing Munich Security Conference (MSC) in Germany. They met with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the sidelines of the conference.
