The Syrian Transitional Government sent a delegation from its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Syrian Foreign Minister Mr. Asaad Al-Shaibani, to the ongoing Munich Security Conference (MSC) in Germany. They met with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the sidelines of the conference.
