Federal District Court in the Western District of Virginia has now put @RWMaloneMD directly on notice - it could be the first case to award fees in defamation in Virginia!!

Mr. Malone your days of trying to destroy medical free speech, punish your fellow Americans for their right to an opinion, and destruction of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America are hopefully coming to an end.

The Federal Judge just guts Malone's case in this full Order!!!!

and on the last page directly warns him that if he continues to bring these cases and they are dismissed for meritless claims, he will be required to pay the legal fees of those he sues. Hallelujah

Thank you for all the good wishes, but please remember… This is not my case yet. This is a Malone's apparently frivolous case against the Washington Post, but it is the same judge in the same federal court.

The judge you didn't even see the need for oral arguments. And he dismissed it on the merits, not even jurisdiction, so it is a very powerful precedent!
