I have untreated high blood pressure. My Dr. Is concerned and Wants me on pills but since COVID I lost trust with medication. First of all I do not give individual medical advice because I have no patient provider relationship with someone who asks me a question about their own health
What I will say is that I don’t recommend any medication’s after what the government and the pharmaceutical industry did to us in the last five years and before that
I would say what I’ve always said which is to seek out the expertise of natural practitioners and natural approaches to managing what you have been told is high blood pressure. You might want to start from the beginning and make sure that you are not operating under blood pressure range created by the Pharma supported organizations like American Heart Association that set blood pressure and cholesterol limits. They are designed to lead to pharmaceuticals
