a “real doctor,” and all these other personal attacks because I’m trying to warn people about seasonal flu shots

I have untreated high blood pressure. My Dr. Is concerned and Wants me on pills but since COVID I lost trust with medication. I'm asking @drjanesdc because I feel she's pretty aware of the corrupt system. So my question is what meds do you recommend? I'm also unjabbed and catching a flight next Friday and because of the elevation it can effect high blood pressure.

First of all I do not give individual medical advice because I have no patient provider relationship with someone who asks me a question about their own health
What I will say is that I don’t recommend any medication’s after what the government and the pharmaceutical industry did to us in the last five years and before that
I would say what I’ve always said which is to seek out the expertise of natural practitioners and natural approaches to managing what you have been told is high blood pressure. You might want to start from the beginning and make sure that you are not operating under blood pressure range created by the Pharma supported organizations like American Heart Association that set blood pressure and cholesterol limits. They are designed to lead to pharmaceuticals

The worst is "DrJaneRubychatt" and it says Dr jane ruby official. It mimics the real Dr jane Ruby telegram and her posts and then puts crypto adds inside. There are over 12,000 members because they think it's real. People from it contact me all the time asking for banking info and this guy named Barry has bothered me saying he is the manager. I have reported it to telegram many times and each time someone bothers me from it. I block and report but then another one from it bothers me. What scares me is that there are over 12,000 members thinking it's real. And if they keep asking me for money they have asked thousands of others. The real Dr. Jane has almost 70,000 and that is the real page.
