Even if the Wali has given permission or is aware, it isn’t permitted as this situation is similar to that of a father giving permission for his daughter to enter into a taxi with a non maheram male alone.
If entering upon a woman to teach her the Deen is impermissible, why do you think entering upon her without her wali present would make it okay ?
