اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ علَيْنَا بِالأَمْنِ والإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلامَةِ والإِسْلامِ ، رَبّي ورَبُّكَ اللَّه

Allahumma ahillahu alaina bil-amni wal-iman, was-salamati wal-Islam, Rabbi wa Rabbuk-Allah,
O Allah, let this moon appear on us with security and Iman; with safety and Islam. (O moon!) Your RABB and mine is ALLAH,

Even if the Wali has given permission or is aware, it isn’t permitted as this situation is similar to that of a father giving permission for his daughter to enter into a taxi with a non maheram male alone.

If entering upon a woman to teach her the Deen is impermissible, why do you think entering upon her without her wali present would make it okay ?

This includes those who text the opposite gender trying to get know them more, those who call them, etc.

All of these are sins that accumulate, and who are you fooling but yourselves.
