Even if the Wali has given permission or is aware, it isn’t permitted as this situation is similar to that of a father giving permission for his daughter to enter into a taxi with a non maheram male alone.

If entering upon a woman to teach her the Deen is impermissible, why do you think entering upon her without her wali present would make it okay ?

This includes those who text the opposite gender trying to get know them more, those who call them, etc.

All of these are sins that accumulate, and who are you fooling but yourselves.

A 75 year old woman works as a domestic help in a private school. Her old husband has several health issues and daughter has a physical disability. She's provided a salary of Rs 3000 which doesn't suffice for her daily essentials and medicines for the family members and she's struggling hard to meet the expenses of her family.
