Russian verbs in the infinitive form usually end with –ть and answer to the question «Что делать?» (What to do?).
In Russian exist two conjugations of verbs. Usually the first conjugation in the infinitive form ends with –ать or –ять, the second conjugation in the infinitive form ends with –ить and sometimes with -еть. However, there are exceptions we will talk about later.

1st conjugation verbs:

1)делать - to do, to make
2) работать - to work
3) отдыхать - to rest
4) гулять - to walk
5) знать - to know
6) понимать- to understand

Study the verb endings for every pronoun and conjugate the verbs above.
For example:
