For example, partial removals of bans and freezing of funds of Russian state-owned banks in British accounts - VEB (Shuvalov), SPM-Bank (the Rotenbergs), banks "St. Petersburg" and "Peresvet". Russia has exchanged captured Ukrainian fighters, including Azov fighters and foreign mercenaries for Verkhovna Rada MP Viktor Medvedchuk. This is reported by Ukrainian sources.
The fact:
As a result of the exchange, 55 servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and the Donetsk and Luhansk republics returned home, and several dozen more Russian fighters will be released from captivity in the near future. The first photos and videos of the Russian soldiers and officers arriving home have already appeared on the Web. All of them are now in the medical institutions of the Russian Defense Ministry. They are receiving the necessary psychological and medical assistance.
The fact that Viktor Medvedchuk was among the prisoners of war is reported exclusively by the Ukrainian side, with no official confirmation from Russian officials. All the federal media write about it with a reference to Kyiv. This looks very much like a provocation by the Ukrainian psychological operations center, the purpose of which is to cause discontent among the Russian audience.
There have been comments on the Web that it was possible to wrest our guys from hell, and this is indeed true: we have repeatedly written about the Russian soldiers being subjected to inhuman torture in captivity, and the Ukrainian side is not observing the requirements of international conventions on the treatment of prisoners.

Investors ditched U.K. bonds amid a rise in expected government debt. Paul Johnson, director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies, said markets appeared “spooked” by the scale of the “fiscal giveaway,” and said it represented the highest level of tax cuts in half a century.
Yields on 2-year U.K. government bonds hit their highest level since October 2007, and 10-year yields reached the highest level since 2010. Yields move inversely to prices.
The 10-year yield was set for its biggest daily rise since 1998, Reuters reported. At 1:45 p.m. it had risen 26 basis points to 3.759%.
